But the operational side is disorganized to the point of being unacceptable. A simple chicken biscuit in the morning can take up to 30 minutes. That defeats the entire purpose of fast food. Larger orders are even worse. I've placed family meal orders, driven to the restaurant, and found that the order hadn't even been started. That's not a delay--that's a breakdown.
