Stopped in for breakfast with my son. We noticed they didn't have much staff. After ordering, we received our food in about 12 minutes. The food tasted average. The maple bacon was overly sweet but the biscuit was good. There's too much fast food competition in the area to be mediocre. Hardee's used to be great at breakfast but they have slipped a few notches. I doubt I'll be back. read more

March 21 2025. Rude service. Prioritizes drive thru over inside. Took 19 minutes to get my food with no apology and how dare I be upset it took that long. I pointed out I was there way before the door dash person who just got their food and they basically called me a liar. The gal working the register was nasty yelled ,"I am one person", I pointed out I know they are busy but the drive thru had at least 10 people go thru and at least 5 inside why I waited. Rude gal working register, stated "that person had been there 16 minutes" but I had been there even longer" I told the gal who checked time on my receipt it was stamped 9:11. Finally, at 9:29 she rudely sat my bag down in front of me and says, "Here's your food" She doesn't deserve to have a job serving people. read more

The gravy tasted like dishwater. Someone had to be doing stuff to the food. This is the first time I've ever had bad gravy from Hardee's. Only reason I gave two stars is because the hash rounds were ok. read more

We went and subbed in today, but much to our surprise, the two burgers we ordered were burnt, dry, overcooked and disgusting. When we asked about them, the woman on the counter said that the brother was messing up, but she could slow it down to help them cook better and not burn. She didn't replace the gross sandwiches either. The ambience was fine, it was clean enough, although the lid for the cups were unstacked. read more

I'm from Florida, went into Hardees about 10 AM. Three people said they would wait on us in a moment. After waiting about 20 minutes, watching employees stand still, one awaited doing nothing looking into kitchen, finally getting a sandwich from the Kitchen, walks to drive up window to deliver said sandwich. Finally a Male employee waits on us to tell us they had no biscuits. Twenty minutes we will not get back, BUT he said he was sorry. Two trips in one, first and last. read more

I sat in the drive thru last week for 25 minutes. The guy waiting behind me got out of his truck and went in. He came out a few minutes later with his food. I went there at 9 PM one night said there for 12 minutes nobody come to the intercom so I drove around the building and I seen they were all out on the side, smoking and laughing. It look like no one was inside, so I just went on then a couple days later I went back and they said sorry DoorDash only and this was at 9:45 PM, they are always nice when you can get somebody to answer the intercom. Why is the place open? If it's going to be ran into the ground waste of space if you ask me I mean someone needs to go in there and fire everyone and start over get people in there that is willing to work and that is willing to make their money not somebody that's just gonna stand around about their employees. Do whatever they want. I don't know how this place stays open when I don't see anyone there just because of how there's manager, or GM is running the place you all might as well just lock up the doors, turn the lights out and shut the place down read more

Not at all impressed! Open 5 days now after a long 5 months of waiting for it to finally open; waited over 14 minutes in the drive thru, it was expected & I was okay with that. Wasted $16 on a "Thick Burger" small combo meal that only had a slice of cheese, dab of ketchup, squirt of mustard and an extra extra handful of onions!! That was all besides the bun. I asked for the burger to have everything on it. The fries were cold. They do not offer the Crispy Curls at this location. Husband had a Frisco, burger small combo with onion rings (they were hot & rather tasty) getting back to the Frisco burger it had 1 crumble of a bacon strip not even 2 small as they claim, a square of cheese and the sourdough bread! Please explain how a manager at a fast food restaurant allows there store to runs out of SUGAR for coffee. In addition I waited half way through my breakfast after ask multiple times to get coffee only to find when they came out with it, they only had decaf. With so many options within a few blocks, I won't be back to Hardee's anytime soon. All that being said, the food was hot, the employees are polite, the store was clean. Only thing missing is a real manager. read more

This location closes at 10pm for whatever reason. 300 people come and go at around 10:30pm from AK who work shift work. They lose out on all that business. But that's besides the point. Any time Im on midnights and want to drop by to get my lunch or a quick bite before work I have to leave early to get to Middletown and get here before they close. Tonight was the third time that I've shown up around 10 to 15 minutes early and through the drive thru PA someone just says they are closed. This place is a joke. read more

They have the biscuits and gravy but the last two time I have been here the sausage patty looked like it was fried the night before. I have been going here since they opened and it is going down hill. They need to teach their employees what should be served and what should go to the garbage. I stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday. I love the Frisco Burgers and this location has the recipe right. They made the Frisco Burger perfectly. The fries were good but the ketchup made them perfect also. There was an employee in the dining area and she was cleaning the tables and seats as soon as someone got up. The rest of dining room was very clean also and the restroom was very clean also. I wish that I lived closer so that I could patronize them more often. read more

I typically support local downtown businesses, but always try the new places. First experience was pleasant on a very busy day. Went again today and sat, noticed the management hired people who have special needs lady and a younger gentleman training her, I love seeing business do things like this and think it builds character for all parties and makes this chain important to the community. I don't see management other places attempting this, so ill definitely be back! read more

I was in the drive thru 20 minutes before they close and the two guys in there literally sat by the grills for fifteen minutes (we circled once because we thought the call box was messed up) and they just blatantly ignored us. Its ridiculous. Not to mention they are extremely rude to customers and to each other. I normally stop at least once a week on the way home from work but not anymore. Awful service. read more

This is a new restaurant and it was packed on Sunday afternoon when we went. They did a reasonably good job of taking everyone's order quickly and painlessly and while there was a long line when we entered it didn't take long to get thru the line. The first problem we faced was that they were out of Swiss cheese. Here is a restaurant that half the menu items have Swiss cheese and they were out. Okay so I guess I could deal with American Cheese instead but it definitely was not the taste I was expecting. Next issue occurred when I went to get my wife an my drink. They were out of normal size straws and only had stirring straws. There was a teenager in Hardee's uniform right by the drink station so I asked if they had anymore normal sized straws, to which he said I don't see any and walked away. I asked another person delivering food and she said she would look. She did come back later with a two full sized straws and proceeded to refill the drink station with normal size straws. Then we got our food. It was delicious but the onion rings were lukewarm to even just a little on the cold side. Overall I would probably eat at this restaurant again, but the management does need to train up their employees a bit and make sure not to run out of basic staples such as straws and swiss cheese! read more

Wow it was just shocking and horrible, the manage looked as if he'd not slept or cleaned up in a week. While waiting 25 mins for 4 sliders I witness the same manger eating on the front line at the register, one employee was busy stashing cinnimon rolls in boxes and placing them in the back at 1145. Another was busy dumping 4 trays of biscuits in the trash and not one of them were wearing any type of gloves and there was no other customers to have takin that long.
