Had a Superstar combo meal. The burger was delicious. The hunk of lettuce still had the hard stalk. I had to bite it off and throw it away. The French fries were horrible. I would be lying if I said they were "warm," they were cool and not fully fried. There were almost as many curly fries as regular fries. I enjoyed the cashier's accent. read more

So went here to have one of the new Prime Rib and CHEDDAR Burgers. I've had one already so knowing exactly what I'm supposed to receive. The burger only had a few strips of prime rib with what was a ridiculous amount of cheddar on it or may I say lack there of. The onions that are supposed to be sautéed were raw. There may have been three trips of prime rib on the whole thing but I can't say for sure because I stopped eating it about a third of the way through when I still hadn't come across any cheese. Don't even deserve 1 star!! Went to Hardee's for breakfast yesterday and they got my order wrong. At first I wasn't hateful about it. I tried explaining that it wasn't my order that it was the person behind me order. They tried telling me it was but when I showed them my receipt I got nothing but attitude from an employee at the drive thru who then cussed and yelled at me in front of my 6 year old and then talked mad crap walking away and didn't say it to my face. The manager Kim also gave me an attitude. Kim needs to be fired anyways she sucks as a manager she doesn't work she likes to flirt with men while on the clock and sit there for hours having long conversations with these people, she wants to give a rude attitude when it's an inconvenience that the customer is there. Why work for the public then? The food sucks, Kim's attitude sucks, and that employee sucks! I will NEVER go back!! read more

Horrible service. The 5 women behind the counter seemed preoccupied with their schedule and other pressing issues to deal with customers. When my order was ready, one lady slide the tray across the counter and mumbled something before resuming her discussion with coworkers. All of whom had their backs to me and the other waiting customers. Rude and slow. I won't return. read more

Hardee's are usually my favorite . When I stopped here last month it was with poor quality. Oh well anyone can have a bad day. Second time I stopped here today. Terrible service. Excessive wait. The service was so bad I thought we were on a prank hidden-camera show. First, the woman taking our order was extremely rude. She would not even answer a basic question(she spoke fluent English) I had about the sides. Then a guy comes in after we've ordered and she's super polite to him. Apparently he was her boyfriend and she proceeds to come around the counter and they start kissing. Then she goes back to taking orders. They seemed very confused with orders and start throwing the burger packages up on the tray to put into bags. Then someone's burger was wrong so they brought it back. Once they got it back, one of the ladies yells out to another "Just recycle that and we'll add onions and mustard to it. We can give it to the next person." It just got to be so unbelievable watching all of this go down while we waited for our food. Once we get our food, the fries were nasty. They were so limp and soggy I'm not even sure they were cooked. Never again will we go here and I suggest they hire new people who know how to treat customers. read more
