Maybe I'm expecting too much, but a simple "We'll be right with you" isn't exactly a five-star request. Then again, it's Greeneville. The service was amazing, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the kitchen staff members even helped us open an umbrella so we could sit outside. Later, when he came out for a smoke break and noticed we were still eating, he thoughtfully moved to the other side of the building. We were traveling with our two dogs and appreciated that they were welcome both inside and outside. We chose to sit on the patio, and our waitress immediately brought out a bowl of ice water for the dogs without us even having to ask. The bathrooms were also very clean and charmingly decorated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely visit again!
