I love that Hardee's has lettuce wraps, and they're always delicious! Today the staff was super friendly and helpful, which is honestly refreshing with all the holiday Grinches out and about. So I ordered this BLT chicken sandwich from Hardee's because the picture looked like this big fluffy chicken breast and this is what I got. Half a piece of chicken on a greasy bun with wilted, lettuce, over ripe sloppy tomatoes and uncooked bacon. if you're gonna charge me $12 you're gonna have to do better than that! read more

Yum. Got Hardee's last night at this location, food was hot and satisfying and the woman who took our order was great!

Unprofessional and a complete disregard on putting the customer first. I am highly surprised this location stays in business. I was explaining my experience to some of my co workers and customers at my work and did not tell them the location right off. They all assumed it was the Jefferson location. Their reactions and my experience just further verifies that I will never be coming back to this location. read more

While waiting for coffee refill, another customer ketchup young man walks in after receiving order from drive-up. Complains that his chicken was served to him raw! Sure enough plainly visible. Hardee's manager tells him he must have receipt to receive another sandwich or refund to prove purchase to Hardees. Every customer urged her to just give him the money and not make him go search for his receipt but no dice! They're gonna lose every customer there that day. read more

The service is amazing at this Hardees off Jefferson in Springfield, just like all fast food joints though, occasionally an order is slightly messed up, however take its Managers like Seddi & Angel and the awesome Cashier Anika who make the experience tens time better than other fast food restaurants with their accommodation and politeness. Decided to go to Hardee's today... will probably be the last time. It was not at all a busy day for the Hardee's located on W Jefferson, and yet they still managed to mess up our order three times. The taste and texture of the onion rings they gave us made it seem as though they had been sitting on the counter for days. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

One star is generous for the horrible service we received! We went through the drive through and the woman who took our order kept getting it wrong and then had a horrendous attitude problem when we tried to correct her! I hope her manager reads this because if this is how she treats your customers then you're losing business! This woman was just beyond horrible my mom even told her to cancel our order because we shouldn't have to put up with her bad attitude! The last time i went to this location it was the same woman and she screwed up and had a crappy attitude that time too! Havnt even gotten the food yet and I have to give a bad review. The woman asked us to wait ten minutes for her to be ready. Because we drove across town (was the only one open) we decided to wait. After 25 minutes we pulled up to the window and honked. There were people fiddling on their cellphones inside but no help. My boyfriend called and the lady said she would come in a minute. Finally when she did come to the window we asked why it took 25'minutes and got yelled at by the "manager". It's fast food so you get what you pay for. I'd say this is one of the pricier option for a fast food restaurant. My chicken on my chicken sandwich was really dark as if over cooked and sitting in a warmer for a long time before being served to me. The Hardee's in Springfield pale in quality compared to other offerings these days. I will commend the service for being fast and friendly. read more

Just left there and I nicely asked for my chicken sandwiches to be cooked fresh. I literally went two blocks away and started eating my food. It was definitely cold in the middle. I know the difference between cold and fresh. My curly fires were hot. But that doesn't excuse the fact that people just can't do their jobs.. spent $20 dollars. And that'll be the last time. Took 50 minutes in the drive thru , we got in the drive thru at 11 and did not leave the drive thru with our food untill a couple minutes until midnight. she kept telling us to hold on in the middle of our order . Then at the end of our order didn't even get it right and told us to just pull up to the window and she will fix it . After our car someone new took over and started getting the cars through . Once we got to the window she started yelling at the other girl saying "she trynna take homeboys order" we were trying to read our order back to her because we got one of our burgers with only mayo ketchup and lettuce she continued to interrupt us and say "yeah yeah yeah I got it I got it" then called the cook a mother fucker . Once we got home we discovered both of our sprites were just soda water because the syrup was out, along with my burger that was suppose to be only ketchup mayo and lettuce that she said she got it had bacon which we didn't order extra onions , tomatoes and pickles .Who ever the girl was needs to be trained properly , very trashy .
