Barely a 2-star. Everything I ordered was cooked beyond reason. Service was slower than cold molasses. Volume inside was beyond loud. And the AC was blowing hard - in January! It was clean but this location is old and worn out. Three Frisco combos with an bill over $33 - just about $3 per head too high for Hardee's food. I was running late this morning and needed to eat so I stopped at my local Hardee's for a sausage, egg and cheese on brioche bun and an iced coffee. Probably the single worst sandwich I have had, a total salt bomb, it was inedible. The coffee was good at least although for some reason they do not put in the sweetener (Splenda packet)! Additionally, three people had three burgers, one order of fries and two drinks and the Bill was over $30. 6:45 am on a Saturday. Breakfast rounds were cold, gravy extremely lumpy and luke warm at best. Counter help was doing register, fryer and drive thru by herself and she didn't care if we got waited on or not. First ever Hardees that there was no senior discount and charged over $2 for "a cup" of coffee. Had to ask for silverware for biscuits and gravy. read more

I've been here multiple times and it always takes 20-30 minutes to get through the drive thru for breakfast; even when the line isn't long. Slower than you can imagine. It has been this way for more than 20 years. They just don't learn. Every Saturday the drive thru line is 30 to 45 minutes long. It is the same if you go inside. This location is absolutely terrible. When I arrived, I was the second car in line for the drive thru. It didn't take the person in front of me very long to order, so I was able to order pretty quickly. Once pulling forward past the speaker YOU ARE STUCK. I was stuck here waiting for over 20 minutes. I live nearby, came to get two breakfast sandwiches to go. There were 5 people at the front counter and I was the only person in line. No one acknowledged me or said anything. Omg where do I start. First of all I get there after a very long drive with my wife and 2 dogs. It's raining. Now when I say it's raining I don't mean it's just water falling from the sky. I mean there is endless amounts of water being pounded on us from all sides from the heavens. I get to the drive through. There is only 1 other car there. They order and move to the window. I pull up to the speaker and am told they will be with me as soon as they can. Meanwhile god himself is peeing all over the inside of my vehicle because I had to wait with my widow down so I can hear whenever they decide to come back on. 10 minutes. That's right 10 minutes for 3 employees to fulfill 1 order and take ours. . I place our order and get our food. It's been a long day for our dogs too so We decided to share a little bit of chicken fingers with them. One of our dogs literally attempts to eat her own poop and the cat's poop but was very reluctant to even eat another piece of this chicken from hell after her first taste of a small bite. Went there this morning. Big mistake. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a coffee. Young lady on the register needed help clearing mistakes on the register 4 times. After that I stood around for more than 5 minutes waiting for my food. I ordered a rib burger advertised on the drive thru board for 3.45, got to the window and they said it was close to 7 bucks, told them the price, and they told me I was wrong, so I went around and snapped a picture of the board with that 3.45 price and went inside to tell the manager. The drive thru guy said he was the manager and told me that I could not get the sandwich for that price and it was a mistake while the other drive thru person pointed at the board inside for this 6.50 price like I was an idiot and don't know about prices. Found a fast food place even nastier and more incompetent than McDonalds in dowtown MB . The other Hardees are clean wash hands etc... before preparing food. Son ordered a plain cheeseburger after 2 times got it correct I ordered a hotdog/burger combo NO ONIONS. It wasn't on the ticket but the line person heard me say it as he called back that was no onions to the manager who never responded I went to wash my hands and half the staff was either off & waiting on rides or on break had to ask them to unblock the aisle to dirty nasty bathroom just to wash my hands. Came out and since it was around 100 outside and 85-90 inside with flies buzzing around everywhere took it as take away. Opened it in the car found everything covered in chunks of raw white onion. Went back in the counter person after being told of the problem informed me it wasn't her fault. When my wife and me were hungry while visiting surfside, we stop at Hardee's. There are very few Hardee's in the Pittsburgh area which is were I live. The last time I went to Hardee's was the last time I went to Surfside, which was roughly 2yrs ago. So I was excited to eat here again. We walked up and went to order are food. The cashier didn't really say much, no "hi" or anything. She was never mean or anything but it would have been nice though for more of a greeting. Anyway I order a chicken sandwhich and my wife a burger. They gave a number card and 15mins later someone brought are food out to use. The reason why a gave Hardee's 4 stars, is the food. My friend and I decided to dine here because we are two broke college girls who wanted some chicken tenders. We stopped in and it didn't look too busy. I got chicken and she got chicken and a hot dog. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. We thought maybe they were busy but it was almost completely dead. Our cashier forgot what orders we had, but we brushed it off. My friend's chili dog looked like someone had dumped a bunch of chili all over it. The hot dog had broken in half before she could hold it. The fries had no flavor and the chicken tasted dry and burnt. The skin smelled and tasted like old grease. A few hours pass, and we are both extremely sick and both have cramps in our stomach. I wish I could give this no stars because this was the worst food I have ever had. read more

I don't know what has changed at this location but in the past few months the quality at this location has considerably gone down hill. My husband and I frequent this Hardee's quite often and recently we have found that we can expect there to be something wrong with our order almost everytime. From getting cold soggy burgers, half filled containers of fries, incorrect orders after you've confirmed that your order is correct on the drive thru screen, and it is quite frustrating. 45 minutes to order in the lobby and receive food. We dined in an got the food and the tray was dirty with leftover crumbs and sugar or salt residue still on it, it clearly was not clean. It was sticky with food and sugar or salt all over it. After opening my daughters sandwich we noticed mold on the bread and when we took it to the managers attention she told us that it was from the grill. Our cups for our drinks were also very oily from the cashier delivering the greasy food and handling money and giving us our cups. My husband went to leave a comment on the comment card and was disgusted with the dirt the little catty that it was in. It was embedded with dirt oil and crud while sitting on our table that we were eating at. This is the very first negative review I have ever done online but I would never ever recommend this place.
