We stopped into Chick-fil-A in Tallahassee on our way to Pensacola. We wanted to try the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. It was really good! My wife and I liked this sandwich vs the regular chicken sandwich. Very tasty and LOVED the new sandwich. It does have jalapeños but surprisingly they weren't hot. I feel adding the pimento cheese with the jalapeños adds just the right flavor. Can't wait to come back and get another one! Hope they decide to keep this as a regular on the menu! It was 12:15pm right in the middle of lunch time and traffic coming in and going out was super crazy (but what Chick-fil-A isn't lol). Service was friendly and fast and the restaurant was super clean. This was, by far, the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever visited. I honestly don't understand how the parking lot and drive-thru were designed. We spent about 15 minutes just trying to get into the parking lot, then another 10 minutes trying to navigate to a handicap parking space for my grandmother. After all of that, we ended up leaving without even getting food. The traffic flow and parking situation need serious attention. This location does not reflect the level of organization and customer experience we appreciate and now expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

Had breakfast here and the entrance girl was very kind and efficient! The food delivery girl not so much?? The restaurant is always clean and orderly ! We tried a burrito for the first time. The products were very fresh but the building of the burrito not so much? We didn't enjoy so much but my pepper jack biscuit was good, to be honest it was hard in a few places? The other location never has that?? Idk? Overall it's Chic filet and the company is probably one of the most consistent out there so yes we will be back but not this location as much as Bannerman! I usually come in the early morning and order chicken strips at the drive through. I usually have to wait a few minutes because they are in breakfast time. Today, I actually went in and ordered at the counter. I was told it would be more than 30 minutes because they could not cook them until lunch time. I explained that I didn't mind waiting for 10-15 but 30? The manager came over and said the same thing. Just drop the strips in the fryer with the nuggets. Then he asked if I would return to the counter at 10:30 to order. That is a no. He asked if I would be back at 10:30. No. I didn't suggest it but just drop the strips in the fryer. I also wanted the breakfast hash rounds instead of the fry's so that would have worked. read more

Entered the line with 15-20 minutes until the end of breakfast and ended up placing a drive thru order since I couldn't leave the line at this point and I assumed breakfast would end without my order going through with how long it was taking. After waiting for a total for 40/50 minutes I couldn't get the food I ordered, 30 of those minutes were spent after I placed my online order, and was still stuck in line. I probably had 4/5 cars between me and the drive thru box... Honestly the slowest location I've been to especially while having two drive thru lines. read more

Long story short: they do not honor their receipts and are heartless towards the financial distress their system glitches cause their customers. Long story: it has been a struggle financially recently, so my family hasn't been able to afford to eat out very often. My children wanted to go to Chick Fil A. I instinctively said we couldn't afford it, but then went to my reward center in my Chick Fil A app and lo and behold I had enough rewards (~2500 points, which equalizes out to about $15 dollars in reward deductions) to get us some food. I placed the order through the app and it said my total charge after everything was $13.59 with $14.93 of deductions because of my rewards. I get my food and leave. Shortly afterward I'm looking at my bank account to confirm I have enough to make a bill payment. Lo and behold, I no longer do. I investigate and discover that Chickfila charged the full amount as if I had not used my rewards. At first I think I must have made a mistake when I checked out and didn't actually use my rewards, but upon further investigation find that my receipt, which was emailed to me, confirmed that I should have only been charged $13.59. I call corporate customer support and they said they would forward it to the branch that took the transaction. I call the actual store and after going back and forth and sending him the receipt showing that I was over charged, he refused to honor the receipt and refund me the $14.93! He saw that it was a glitch in the app, but wouldnt help me because "the rewards are still in my Chickfila account". I told him I don't want the rewards, I just want the $14.93 back. I told him what a hardship this was and how I could only afford to visit Chickfila because of the rewards offsetting the cost of the meal. He didn't care. He wouldn't do anything about refunding me. DO NOT GO HERE! Maybe to any Chickfila. Chickfila has changed. They don't care about people anymore. read more

Took wayyyyy to long and at at least 10 people after us was given their food after us and then when we asked to cancel it, they said no we didn't cancel it. The food was already made. so the ladies was extremely mean she didn't even say sorry for the wait. Little to no string pool on the mac & cheese. Typical CFA service & food, which means better than pretty much any other fast food eatery. Long longs, which move at an acceptable pace due to exceptional employees. The young lady taking orders was obviously new and wasn't aware that iced tea was a drink option, but we worked through that one. All Chick-fil-as are not created equal. The whole place is just gross. Hand prints all over glass, food everywhere on the floor. No one is walking around cleaning up and it shows. The place is a madhouse too. The staff is friendly but only working behind the counter. No one walking around to monitor the disaster of a dining room. My local CFA in Thomasville is like a golden egg I guess. Pristine inside and always enough staff to run the place smoothly. read more

So this was my first time at this Chikfila and all I have to say is the west Tennessee street location is by far superior. The environment of the drive thru made me feel uncomfortable and I did not feel like I was an important customer. Furthermore, the employees were so rude when I asked if they could help me with something one of them said " no, not at all" and walked away while I was mid sentence and then ignored our car for the rest of my visit. They also gave us the wrong food and when we told them took it back which makes me wonder if my food was ever handed to another customer first. Stopped by the drive thru on our way through Tallahassee and the line was pretty long, it was amazingly fast service despite that. The women who took our order who was standing outside was lovely and polite, and so were the ladies at the window handing out the orders. Seems very well managed. It was our first time at any Chick-Fil-A and we were impressed with our chicken sandwiches, the fries did need some salt though. read more

We had excellent service here, passing through Florida. Ordered immediately, took a restroom break (hand wash, sanitizer, and lotion for the ladies!) and our food was ready. My husband got a peach shake and loved it. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of is they have a bucket by the straws that says "please put unused condiments here" I'm all about saving money... but I don't know if that's sanitary, imagining even more people touching my condiments? Avoid the drive through. Lines take way too long and then you do not get what you ordered. You might think, well you should have checked your order at the window. I'd like to feel like I could (although I shouldn't have to) but with the pressure of 30 cars behind you, one cant pull everything out of the bag to confirm. As a former customer I raved about the cleanliness professionalism and punctuality of this company for work catering events family events BUT after my experience of swallowing a foreign object and going to the hospital and being traumatized and my dramatic changes of my body after this event for months I am furious about how this location handled my life altering experience and failed at action of remorse!!! Fabulous food, charming atmosphere! On this particular day, May 8th, I was only purchasing a cup of coffee. However,I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from Willie. He went above and beyond. Not only did he meet my expectations, he exceeded them in every way! I felt like I had just ordered a filet mignon and it was a perfect! I was a flight attendant for several years and traveled the world! Willie will always stand out as a true professional and an outstanding customer service employ! I don't know how they pull off excellent customer service during peak hours, but they somehow pull it off. When I arrived around 19:00, Chick-fil-A's drive thru was packed, and there were many people sitting inside. Despite this, my food made it to my table in less than 10 minutes, well prepared. I don't get it. The food here is incredibly bland. My fried chicken fillet combo on a bun consists of a medium size piece of chicken w/ 1 pickle and a limp piece of lettuce. The fries are pretty good though and a drink. The price pushes $8.00! What's the appeal? The grilled chicken salad I bought recently was just as bad. The drive thru lines snake out into the road causing a traffic nightmare (maybe the new construction fixed this). Horrible!! I know everyone craves about Chick-fil-A...problem is too many people eat here and they can't handle it. Had to write this review to help people understand this location will ruin it! My spicy chicken sandwich was so dry and chewy I could not eat it. I will eat anything...but this rubber sandwich prob only thing I couldn't eat in a while due to safety hazard. Another occasion i got uncooked chicken biscuit. Chicken was fine but biscuit was still dough. Undercooked or over cooked. Need to check your food like we all do when we cook. I know that consistently employees have their masks on, that curbside operates super smoothly and that I can count on a safe experience and good food. Service is fast, the cashiers are friendly, and they have some of the healthiest options of all fast food restaurants around. Oh, I forgot to mention they all have playgrounds to keep the littles entertained as well. Thankfully I have lived within two miles of a Chick-Fil-A near my last two residences. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this location yet (this is the only one I come to). I have nothing but good things to say about these people. I haven't seen faces come and go and despite the change, the customer service has always been impeccable (whether inside or drive-thru). I did had a problem with a wrap a couple years back (the lettuce had dirt and small rocks) but when I returned it, they quickly refunded my money, gave me a free meal and took all the wraps to the back. Other than that, food here has always tasted fresh, it's always warm and the sweet tea tastes great...can't say the same from other locations in town and during travels that I have had to try. Definitely one (of not) the best Chick-fil-a locations. read more

5 star customer service! Food always tastes fresh and is served with a smile. Last night we were able to attend one of their Mystery and dinner events - The case of the missing lemons. It was a great experience and was fun for the whole family. We search the restaurant for clues and once we solved the mystery we were able to go into the kitchen for a tour. Bathrooms were filthy and they had 5 employees standing around. Service sucked, they forgot a meal. Didn't have a straw with the drink. When I went up to request a straw 4 employees stood there and ignored me until I loudly requested what I needed. We have consistently frequented this Chic fil A for 10 years and it has gotten worse over the past 3 years. They have a training issue and lazy employees. read more
