I was sold a car last week and after less than three days of driving it the check engine light came on. I took it to Subaru to get it looked at (luckily they fixed the check engine problem for me for free) and discovered there were several other problems wrong with the car including that the brakes were near metal to metal. Action Auto blatantly lied to me about the brakes being in good condition, and they also had told me when asked about it before buying the car, that they would make sure the brakes were good. When I contacted them to have them fix it and make it right, they tried to make me sign an NDA for them to even look at the vehicle, without even guaranteeing a repair. Had they fixed the problem they KNEW about, I wouldn't have written this review. Because of the fact that they tried to make me sign an NDA before even looking at the car, I think they are super shady and it makes me wonder how many other desperate customers they have made do that for bigger problems. Luckily brakes are pretty easy to do at home or I'd be screwed:) Also highly recommended looking at the yelp reviews, I'm 99.9% sure they are able to remove google reviews and that's the only reason they have a good rating because I can't find my old review I know was submitted! I highly recommend just going to a trusted dealership and not any of these third party dealers who run their business like this.

We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. Unfortunately, the vehicles themselves were a different story. The first vehicle arrived with a non-functioning backup camera and an aftermarket infotainment system that had obvious issues. I really liked the car and wanted to keep it, but after recently totaling my previous vehicle, I needed reliable transportation immediately and didn't have time to spend weeks dealing with repairs and service appointments. I returned it within the 7-day return window. I then paid $990 to have a second vehicle shipped. It was delayed due to what I was told was a battery issue that had supposedly been fixed. A few days after receiving it, the infotainment system completely failed. When it goes out, I lose the backup camera, audio, and even some of the premium display features in the instrument cluster. Restarting the vehicle doesn't fix it. What is most disappointing is that these were issues I discovered almost immediately after delivery. Buying a vehicle should not mean scheduling service appointments right away, especially when you're a full-time working single parent who simply needs dependable transportation. While I appreciate the return policy and warranty coverage, I don't think customers should be receiving vehicles with major electronic issues in the first place. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Carvana.

After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words).
