She didn't try to get me to buy more than I needed and gave pros and cons of the mattresses, pillows, and frames. Theresa also discussed prices with me, which helped me get just what I wanted - a great setup and value for my money. The two men who delivered my mattress, pillow, and adjustable frame (maybe father and son??) were friendly and efficient. They removed my old mattress, boxspring, and frame for a small fee, which saved me from having to figure out how to dispose of it all. I am SO happy with my purchase, and so glad I went to Baer's! He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange. Glenn, the manager, was courteous and helpful, and never rushed us, even though it was close to closing time when we went into the store. The professional bed installer said, " oh well this doesn't work" when he had the wrong parts for the head assembly, and he left. I went to the store,provided them with the correct part number. Another part was ordered, when it arrived in about 3 weeks, it was the same incorrect attachment. Next we had to order directly from manufacturer. This was wrong as well. Finally a new basic frame was brought over in exchange. The installer didn't have bolts, so he TAPED the headboard to the frame! Poor service, poor installation. We do not recommend this store.

The mattress industry as a whole--this business being the case in point--makes car sales seem like an honest industry. At least with cars you can go lot to lot to compare cars. The mattress industry has each mattress labeled differently and there is no way to price shop. Lastly, and most importantly, this company and this location lacks current normal practices in the industry. There is no 30 day sleep trial. Further the shipping is not free. The shippers will only come from 10-2 on the weekdays. Who is home at that time? CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Received a call the day of pick up and was told it was not available. The sales person offered an upgrade and free home delivery for the following day. I had company coming and needed the mattress, so I was ok with this, although I had not tried or seen the new mattress. The delivery was made, but the mattress was damaged. We were told we would be contacted when a new mattress was available for delivery. That never happened. After visitors and vacations we touched base with the company, and they don't want to do ANYTHING to help us. At this point we just want a refund. This is not a company that we want to give our business to! Update: We emailed as asked and NOTHING has been done. No response. 7 months later-nothing. We paid 600 for a damaged mattress. No one at the store or corporate did anything to help resolve the problem.
