I provided my own drawer handles (I didn't see any offered that I wanted) and they gladly installed them on the dresser and nightstands. Delivery and setup in my bedroom (on the 2nd floor) was included and even helped me move the existing furniture around to accommodate the new pieces. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the furniture, the workmanship and the staff. The prices are in line with stores like Pottery Barn and others but the quality exceeds what you pay at these big-box stores. Touring the work shop is a must - the various woods and colors are amazing. Other accessories such as hand made pottery lamps (amazing!!), and decorative items are always for sale. (Thank you for my "kitchen squirrels" - they were wonderful gifts for my friends that bake a lot). If you have any doubts about their furniture, just look at the older reviews - they are consistent with my experience. You will keep this furniture forever! Apparently, the policy changed on 11/27/2022. I was going to return a few things at this location, where I was greeted by a young lady who proceeded to tell me Michael's Policy has always been you can't return clearance and I stated I had not been in the store for awhile, but I was not aware of that. If you actually look to the end of the receipt, the policy is printed on there. I think it was the way the young lady responded that threw me off, she was a little crass. Apparently, I've not tried to return clearance before because it's only been 3-4 months since I stepped into a Michael's. Needless to say, I genuinely like Michael's, I just wish these younger workers weren't so rude in the way they respond to customers.

Throughout the process of selecting the right size trailer, hitch and anti-theft accessories I was offered valuable assistance from Kasie Teague in Sales. The personal attention I received as a customer along with Kasie's experience with her company's products expedited the buying process and actually made it enjoyable. Working with a genuinely helpful and knowledgeable sales rep is simply not available at Northern Tool, Lowe's, Home Depot, Tractor Supply Center, etc. The paperwork required for titling/registration was done for me, sparing me an hour or more of DMV hassle. Not sure how that step even gets done at the outlets listed above. A few days after I purchased the trailer I noticed a plastic lens for a turn signal indicator had been cracked. Oliver the Store Sales Manager replaced it free of charge. Leonard Buildings also offers spray on truck liners and a full line of truck accessories.

I hardly know where to begin in writing this review. In JUNE of last year, we ordered some very…read moreexpensive shades from Ethan Allen in Fredericksburg for our asymmetrical windows in our great room. From the start, so many things went wrong with this order. Such as: misinformation/confusion from the sales person as to which shades could or could not work in our windows, a grumpy installer who had to come back several times to get the measurements right, poor installation (one of the shades would not operate correctly), the wrong-sized shade that had to be recut and reordered. Hunter Douglas is supposed to be the premier shade manufacturer and I don't know if the problem lies with Hunter Douglas or with the local store who did not seem to know what they are doing and made little attempt to make this right for us. As of right now, January 2021, we are still missing one of the shades that had to be recut because of an error in the measurements. The order was originally placed in the summer of 2019. So we have been waiting for 7 months for completion! You would think the sales person would offer us some kind of remuneration, or would do something to expedite this last section of blind, but that has not happened. I will say that the shades that did manage to get installed look very nice. I will also say that our windows are very oddly shaped. But still ... we could have taken a little vacation on the money we spent on these drapes, not to mention the aggravation of trying to get it all done correctly. I wish I had shopped around. The attached pictures shows one of the shades that would not operate correctly after the installation.
