He didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bed that would be rarely used, so he was reluctant to go to a mattress store, thinking he would be pressured into buying a high end mattress that would cost him a lot of money. Well, it turns out he had nothing to worry about as we ran into a great salesman named Saber, who had met my father in law (FIL) a few days earlier when he was starting his search for a mattress. Saber immediately remember my FIL and welcomed all of us with a warm greeting. Saber was literally heading out the door for the evening, but stayed late to help out a customer he clearly cared about. After some pleasantries were exchanged, we got down to business and Saber did not try to upsell an expensive mattress, knowing this was for a spare bedroom, he showed us a couple of sets that were in the price range we were looking for. Within a few minutes the deal was done and everyone was very happy. My FIL is the old school type of person who needs to feel like he got a good deal and likes to be treated the way a customer should, and Saber accomplished all of those goals. The store was very quiet and I talked with another salesman who was working with Saber, and he too was a very nice person and I enjoyed talking with him. Clearly, whoever does the hiring at this location has picked at least two excellent employees and they both do a great job of making customers feel at home and welcomed to the store. Saber did a great job with the pricing and delivery and we look forward to the new bed arriving in a few days. I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

First off my first of (4) yes I said (4) deliveries went like this. Oct 4th, 2021 the delivery team came to take away my old mattress and box springs. Mind you the first red flag was they did not wear masks or boot coverings which I thought was the norm now. Unless the owner (me) tells them it's ok. But I let that slide because I was just happy to finally be getting a new mattress after having my old one for longer than I should. (I want give the years...lol but it's been a long time coming). So they take the old one out and bring the next box springs up first. That's when I seen the first of the issues which was some torn areas (pics included) on the box springs. So I ask that needs to be replaced so I called the store back. I got a female sales associate who said that I had to first refuse them and they would have to bring back up my old box springs. Now I live in a 3-story townhome so that's about 50-plus stairs and the delivery guys was already looking worn out. Then one of them was saying that I can keep those torn ones and they will still be replaced. I had the mattress firm associates on speaker and she was saying no they being lazy and that I would have to pay a $99 restocking fee if I didn't send the torn "new" box springs back. So there was a lot of back and forth between them which I thought was unprofessional AF. So I got off the phone with her and I was assured by the delivery guy after they called their warehouse manager that I would get a call in the next few days to set up the exchange. So I was like ok I'm believing you over the sales associate. As you guess that call never came. So I called mattress firm about a week or so later and explained about the box springs he quickly set up a delivery date for them to bring me some new ones. So a few days later the (2nd) delivery team came out and when they flipped the mattress over to get the box sprigs that's when we seen the extra big whole in the box of the mattress now!! (Pics included). I was like you have got to be kidding me! So for a 3rd time I had to call mattress firm and send pictures of the damaged mattress. The sales associate got me another delivery date (delivery #3). Delivery #3 comes around where I basically waited up all day after working the entire night shift before they came in flipped the mattress over and was looking confused. They called their manager and was told they couldn't take the mattress because of the damage they could be charged for it. I'm confused because that's the reason why you are here is to make a replacement. So AGAIN I had to call mattress firm for hell I don't lost count...3/4th time and tell them what happened. They going to tell me someone didn't put what the delivery was about in the paperwork so the warehouse workers would know there was a defect in the mattress. Really!?! This is getting entirely ridiculous!! So finally delivery #4 Nov 8th over a month since the first delivery guys came out came and went without a hitch. I say all this and gave them a 2-star because this is just unacceptable! Fussing in front of customers, no communication between the store and the warehouse on what to tell customers when there is an issue with a product, and just the numerous times you had to come out wasting my time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Mattress is good FINALLY but never again will they get my service unless they given out really good discount ls!

We were greeted by both Vince and John but John was the one who broke down the layout of the store and gave is the "3 Little Bear" test to make sure we found the comfort we needed. Ultimately we decided on the Purple 4 mattress and decided to do the 90 day same as cash financing, we didn't intend on spending more than a certain amount and the mattress was above our limit, but both Vince and John went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with what we desired. My one star deduction comes from two things. One, the day of delivery, there was a box spring (split King) missing, which was fine because we had a foundation from our old mattress that worked just fine and it gave me time to do research (but still, one and done would have been nice). Which brings me to my second reason, which may be no fault of John or Vince. The Purple mattress cannot be used with a box spring, it voids the warranty, a box foundation is fine but nothing with springs. Which I found online and had to call and let John know. Even still, he was very accommodating and made sure to call the Purple rep to confirm and made sure we had the right foundation. Overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, quality mattress. There's something for everyone and they'll get you taken care of.

She helped me narrow down my choices based on what I liked and disliked about past mattresses. She didn't try to get me to buy more than I needed and gave pros and cons of the mattresses, pillows, and frames. Theresa also discussed prices with me, which helped me get just what I wanted - a great setup and value for my money. The two men who delivered my mattress, pillow, and adjustable frame (maybe father and son??) were friendly and efficient. They removed my old mattress, boxspring, and frame for a small fee, which saved me from having to figure out how to dispose of it all. I am SO happy with my purchase, and so glad I went to Baer's! If I have a need for new mattresses in the future, I will definitely return to Baer's. I highly recommend them!

He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. The mattress came as expected with no stains or defects. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange.
