Great company! We're currently building a new home and are wanting to install LVP flooring. We came across Hardwood Bargains and decided to get some samples from them. We received them in just a short few days and ended up going with one of the options they had. We placed the order online and on the next day we received a call from Brandon who helped us through the whole process and constantly kept us updated. Unfortunately, once we received the flooring the color wasn't quite what we were looking for (totally our fault). I called Brandon to let him know the situation and he was super helpful and fast with showing me other options that were more to our liking. Nice working with Brandon, we have multiple visits before making final wood floor selection and took some samples home. Brandon always returned to my calls and emails. Once the selection is made process is smooth, everything online. Brandon is kind enough to do whatever in his capacity. We are short of wood (seems wrong measurement by workers) we had to order additional few boxes and the process of re-order is smooth. One thing little concerned is we are not sure of the wood plank quality without opening the box, once the box is opened manufacturer does not accept returns. Due to the nature of wood some of the planks (about 10%) are not consistent, However Installation team adjusted them in the places where they are not exposed much. Brandon was great to work with. We appreciated the free samples we received that helped us decide what flooring to get. We got our order quickly. There were a few damaged boxes but by following the directions they sent us we were able to get those boxes replaced. The only improvement I would have wished for was that once we received the damaged boxes and I contacted Brandon about them he said that the specific company that makes the floor we chose is known for having product damage in shipping.
