The space is big and open, with lots of pool tables that add to the fun atmosphere. I stopped by on a Saturday, and there was live music, which made it even more fun--always a blast here. We didn't get a chance to eat this time, but if the food is anything like the other Goat City location I know, I'm sure it's delicious. I was immediately encouraged to try the Greek salad, and (of course) a bar pizza. The Greek salad was very good, and although allegedly a small salad, after I had finished eating it, I had little room for the bar pie, which was roasted red peppers, onions and linguica. It arrived with awesome caramelization around the edges, and I managed to finish inly one small slice before packing up the remainder. All very pleasant and delicious, but I decided that I would have to pass final judgment on the following day (today). Phenomenal bar pizza--quite possibly better than my favorites at the formidable Lynwood and Town Spa! It appears clean, it has ample seating and a nice bar, and the staff was friendly on both of my visits to the establishment. However, the pizza wasn't as good as I was hoping for. It wasn't "bad" by any means, but it was in line with what I would consider very average pizza. On top of that, their pizza menu has a fair variety of odd combos, but lacks some of the classic pizzas I feel many people favor. While the dining experience was good, I would probably refer clientele to another restaurant if you're on the hunt for mind blowing pizza.
