Everyone's always nice at this harkins. I was surprised that today it was quite busy considering it was a weekday. We purchased the new refillable cups, but since we just have lunch we skipped the popcorn. I will say, though, that Harkins has the best popcorn of all the different theaters.

WICKED!!! Need I say more? Harkins as always does this YELP'er right! I was able to order my tickets weeks in advance and ordered my concessions at the same time, so all I needed to do was show up and pick up the mobile order. Service is always great and I love the matinee time because the staff makes sure my items from concession are fresh! The temperature in the theatre was comfortable and the sound was booming! I just so happened to watch WICKED in 3D and it was a beautiful sight.. just don't forget to get your special glasses .. I forgot them at concessions and had to go back out to get them. YELPies, you know this is a regular spot for me and my solo day dates , I can't say enough about HARKINS and the great job they do at making your entertainment enjoyable. Soooo... AGAIN My YELPies.. run on out to your closest HARKINS and pop a squat and watch a movie in a comfortable environment

I met friends last night, (at 3:40), to see "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever". The theater was not busy at all, it was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The popcorn at this theater is always so good. The movie.......AWESOME! I have never laughed so hard and cried so hard at the same movie. Highly recommend for families.

We held my granddaughters 8th birthday party there. Had a reserved private theater! All the kids a got a popcorn box, we brought in cake & cupcakes..had the best time ever. The management & staff were amazing. Thank you so much.

Devin,Devin...where do I start. I Just got these bad boys and Devin was ON IT, prepared for our arrival. Answered the phone IMMEDIATELY with great customer service. Could not recommend this theater more. Devin made it completely worth it. I came for the Garfield popcorn bucket...and I stayed...for Devin. For ever in our hearts. SIX STARS FOR DEVIN The girl who brought the bucket was cool...and so was the manager.

Eddie Cruz is a fabulous bartender. Offered a sense of history and refreshing explanation of the drink choices available to us. Made us feel right at home. Seeing A Quiet Place Part 2, the first movie was extremely high quality!

BUTTER SOAKED SEATS!!! I went to watch a movie on 8/7, sound of freedom 3:20pm theater 17, row 1 seat 3-6. We noticed the ground below our seat was slippery but thought nothing of it. When I got up after the movie my clothes were completely ruined by popcorn butter! This free people hot shot jumper was $60. I'd like a reimbursement for this inconvenience as your staff should be checking the theaters after each showing! It's clear that the lights weren't turned on and the theater wasn't sanitized since the ground was puddled with butter as well! I immediately went to let a manager know that the seat was soiled with butter and ruined my clothes, the short haired brunette asked where, so I kindly let her know. She then said she will get that looked at right away. Didn't offer an apology, a free ticket or even a suggestion how to get the butter out of my brand new clothes! Had to drive home undressed so my car seat wouldn't get stained as well!!! Will never ever go to a Harkins again. Regal is cleaner, nicer and way less crowded anyways! P.S. I don't eat popcorn so the butter didn't come from me.

Not a bad place for a movie theater. Plenty of parking . Theater is a little worn but very clean. The chairs are rocking not reclining.

I did ask to see this menu as gluten-free is my dietary preference, not an allergyand I was brought a complementary gluten-free bun instead of the pretzel bread. I thanked our server and told him not to worry that it was just a preference and he told me that he treats all gluten friendly requests as an allergy. I really appreciated the care and concern he had for my health and well-being. This is unprecedented at most restaurants. They had a very extensive gluten-free menu and I can't wait to go back and try so many more items. We did try the Leonard burger and made quite a few modification requests - all of which were 100% accommodated. This burger was so incredibly juicy! My entire hand was dripping by the time I got done eating it. Everything else we tried was delicious. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement and will definitely be returning soon!

I have gotten good service maybe three times.Every other time the servers either do not come to us, take extremely long, or are rude and acting like we're messing up their day by asking for basic customer service. Just the other day my friend and I ordered tower station. When we received the beers, they were absolutely not tower station. We asked to switch beers and our first server was very kind and accommodating. Then out of nowhere came this (im assuming supervisor?) that said "what happened with the beers? I checked the keg its fine." with a super rude attitude. It was so awkward my whole friend group talked about it afterwards. Additionally, I don't think I have ever had the same server/bartender twice. The turnover rate is likely very high. This place has so much potential. We ordered burgers and chicken sandwich with the $35 game card which then cost us $39 for the meal and the pay card. The human crane was $20 extra to do and it had blow up pool like toys in it. My goddaughter wanted the experience but not the toys she would have rather there be stuffing like Squishmellows, State Fair game type prizes for variety. I agree with the 11yo! We are around 50 and when the kids played we sat in their comfy chairs at our table. They really have the best seating area. So comfy because they know you're going to be there for a while. We went Sunday at 4pm and by 6 almost all the tables were full. We made reservations which I always recommend! The food was average nothing that stands out. It was good, we weren't expecting anything above what it was. The deserts were delish i have a horrible sweet tooth as does my bff and we enjoyed our cake and brownie deserts. They are generous portions so we split it between 4 of us and baby girl had a strawberry milkshake. All was enjoyed. The lost star was for the drinks. For the cost we expected to taste and later feel some effects of having alcohol especially after 3 drinks ea. Nope. So we know for next time drinks elsewhere as there's plenty of options around the area. While we where there we had 2 servers, shift change, they were very attentive nice and got everything right.

I know if I get a seat here every seat in the room is a good seat. They have a very good sound system. I would say the serving staff are all very friendly here. What I like is that for each performer they typically will have a specialty cocktail designed around that actual comedian. So I like that approach. I usually like to catch the early show cause the crowd vibe is a little bit chiller. However, I've never had an issue at this establishment and will continue to catch my favorite comedians here. As I do think they extent a diverse roster of comedians. The last time that we attended, we actually ordered some food. And I really enjoyed the wings. I feel that should be mentioned on the menu for guests, because if I had ordered the shot, assuming it counted, I would have been furious! I also think it's a bit ridiculous that you cannot order food in place of the drinks? As long as people are spending money on something, why should it matter???? My husband and I came here for his birthday to see Steve Byrne…read more We love comedy but we have littles and don't get out much. They had an earlier show at 4pm and it made the bday weekend special- yes, aware that sounds old. At 40 and as early-birds... if it doesn't happen before 5- it's a hard pass!! Ironically this was definitely noted in his act having a 4pm show! After parking and getting lost in the parking garage- yeah, we don't make it into the city much but we got a couple flights of stairs in for no apparent reason that would later benefit the additional IPAs we drank during the show ‍ I loved that we got sat right in front next to the stage. Before I go anywhere I look into reviews on Yelp and Google to see the do/donts, and deals/tricks. Yes, plan to get comfy with your neighbor- they sit parties across from one another. As a party of two we sat next to another couple and so on. I'll admit, I'm not a size zero and my husband is 6'5- it was a bit uncomfortable. I can't imagine being on the thicker side or even an elder managing to get out and maneuver around seated patrons to go to the restroom and what not. We knew the two drink minimum would be required so we opt for the beer bucket that included six beers of your choice mix/match accordingly. Worked out great since they had Church Music and we shared an order of wings as we had dinner plans later. Service was great! Our server checked on us multiple times throughout the show. Reviews mention that it gets hot in there since they pack everyone in. It was freezing and I didn't take my jacket. I would've went back to the car to get it but it's a walk and we got lost on the way in lol. In Arizona businesses overcompensate during the summer and you'll find you wear your jacket more in the summer months inside than during the winter. Parking is free- just make sure you take your ticket with you and they'll scan it. We will definitely be back- yes, drinks are overpriced and tickets were reasonable. As for the show- not bad. Great laughs carried throughout and it's always dependent on the act which should be a separate review from the venue. Looking forward to more date nights in the city for sure!
