Everyone makes you feel right at home, and I can tell how passionate the chiropractors are about their work. They are masters of their craft, and the results show every time I stop by. She talked me through the whole procedure and I was able to see the doctor right away. My back was in really bad shape. Dr. Reed talked me through each steps I would need to recover. He and Dr. Hood were exceptional at describing the steps they were taking to make me feel at ease. Everything from X-ray to nerve sensors, they showed diagrams and physically on the body where adjustments needed to be made. Although my initial concern was some pain in my shoulder, I was pleasantly surprised when I was introduced to Shockwave Therapy for pain and locking of my trigger finger. I had a few sessions for my finger and have yet to have any pain again. The entire staff is great from the moment you walk in, and I feel so welcome every time. Dr. Scott and Dr. Todd are not only excellent at what they do, but they also have the best sense of humor. I looked up an available chiropractor in Scottsdale, and Abbas was open and able to see me right away, which honestly felt like a lifeline. They recommended a number of visits but neglected to tell me only a small portion of that recommendation were covered under the plan. They spent an average of 2 minutes per visit working with me but said there's no way to tell if the issue could be resolved. The additional 2 minute visits cost $20.00 each. Ultimately I found a chiropractor who was able to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company at all. Buyer beware and take nothing on its face.

The first thing I noticed was that I could schedule an appointment on the business website but I do want to caution others that the doctor still takes patients on a first come first serve basis. I would still recommend that you schedule an appointment online because I had a situation where I wanted to have an adjustment just prior to a vacation and so I scheduled an appointment to the day before I was leaving for my vacation and the evening before I received a text message directly from the Chiropractor, Dr. Troy, that something came up and he would not be able to open his clinic the day of my appointment. I explained I was very disappointed because my hip was out and I was going to be going out of town on vacation but I would try to get in to see another chiropractor by my home. He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. I have been to quite a few different chiropractors and I have to say he has to be the best chiropractor I have ever been to. Up until that point I have tried at least 7 different doctors in the last 8 or 9 years and some where better than others, but Dr. Nemanic is by far the best chiropractor I have been too. He fixed my pectoral issues in 2 adjustment visits. My wife who is 7 months pregnant had headaches and trouble breathing, and everytime she sees him she instantly feels better. He is super responsive and very flexible. That's a major plus for us and our schedules. What I really like, and is refreshing, is the simplicity of the process and the knowledge base that Dr. Nemanic possess. Most chiropractic offices have fancy machines and gadgets, but it always took so much longer to feel relief IF it even helped. He does all the adjustments. No fluff, just gets the job done. Dr. Nemanic is by far one of the most highly educated, and well-rounded professionals I've ever met. He is exceptionally great at his craft and knows the human body at an incredibly high caliber.
