Well I came here because of problems with my feet. They were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Then they got to the price. $1600 for 3 pairs of plastic inserts. And, of course, I had to buy shoes, inserts, and some ankle high socks. So, I left with about an $1800 tab. After a few weeks, while I had some pain improvement, the sticker shock is what hit me. I knew that there was a 20% restocking fee and I could only get a store credit. And that I would end up having to keep the shoes, socks and liners. OK. I knew that going in. But when I got to the store, which is about 30 mins. from my home, they told me I had to call their customer service number at 877-620-3338. What?! I can't just go back to the store to return them? OK, I call the number and after about 5 minutes of their automated system telling me to push 1, for some store in Colorado, and 2 for another store in Colorado, they finally got to the customer service number which is "6". I hit 6, get another recorded answer saying, "Sorry, we are currently assisting another customer. Please leave a message and we'll get right back to you." Wow! So I leave a message and, 24 hours later, no call back. So I called again. Same "sorry, we're assisting another customer" recording. I didn't leave a message. I'm just going to see if they call me back, or I will call again and see if I get a real person on the other line. Unless you are absolutely positive that these expensive plastic inserts are going to do the job and you will never return them, I'd steer clear of this sham company. read more

No positive results as Purchased the Good Feet full package while in Pasadena. Told all is same for Phoenix which is FALSE. The Phoenix store does not honor any Corporate promos so just a waste of time. I was told to drive back to Pasadena or to Tuscon from Phoenix. At first I went in looking for some relief. I was told by Faith there would be a 10 day follow up call. I missed it but called back and she still didn't respond. I called again and talked to her, and told her I wasn't happy with the product. She gave me instructions on how to change it up and she would call me two days later. Well it's been two weeks without a call. Waste of money so far for me. I still experience foot pain and the product doesn't provide the relief they said it would. 10/13/18-this product was not for me, I needed to work with management to get some of the cost returned in store credit, which was better than nothing. 08/04/18-I have went back for my 3rd adjustment, I am doing my best to follow the process to ease my foot pain, for my current issue there has been no relief in pain, mine seems to be getting worse. Still going to try this adjustment hoping for relief. 07/09/18-first of all I am a "Debbie Doubter", so I will update review as time goes on. I didn't realize the cost of the orthotic inserts when I went into store, and my research had failed me as to the price ; three different types of inserts for different activities, cost over $900.00. I was attended to by Mathew, he seem very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I am battling plantar fasciitis in left foot, I have tried everything up to this point except cortisone shots/surgery. The last time I had a cortisone shot for it, I could not put pressure on my foot, and the weight of a sheet was unbearable for over a week. I didn't want to go through that again. Being at my wits end and in horrible pain which has been going on three weeks and getting worse with the stretching,rest, ice, meds. i figured since I have tried almost everything else, why not this before I go back to the doctor. The process takes about 45 minutes, and I was attended to by Mathew. Mathew was very thorough, he explained the concepts regarding Good Feet process around the orthotics to retrain the foot, etc. He measured my feet, imprinted my feet, explained the high spots, low spots and where to improve spots of the imprints and fitted me with a pair of Brooks Sneakers with the inserts. (Note: the sneakers are an extra cost and not part of the orthotics., there is no need to buy shoes there). He reiterated that if things are not feeling better in a week or two go back in for a adjustment. He took my money, we shook hands and off I went with new orthotics in new sneaks. For the first time in over three weeks, I did not have the throbbing dull pain, in my foot. I was able to put normal pressure as I walked and not favor the painful area. I was able to walk my dog around the block. Over the years through lost work, dr visits and this shoe that orthotic I have spent a lot of money. Began wearing Good Feet orthotics back in 1999. Wore in my dress/work shoes up to my retirement in 2017. Since then have not used orthotic and noticing foot pain and my planters fascitis returning. I went into The Good Feet Store in Ahwatukee in March because I wanted relief from my plantar fasciitis. I was fitted for orthotics by Matthew, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very upbeat. I decided to return them because I was not getting the results I was hoping for.
