Deggie is amazing If you're as indecisive as I am, this is the place to go! I came in with only a rough idea of what I wanted, and they were so patient, helpful, and creative throughout the whole process. They listened to what I liked, offered great suggestions, and helped me end up with a design I absolutely love. The attention to detail was amazing, and I never felt rushed. I couldn't be happier with my nails and will definitely be coming back!

She's helped me with keeping my toes healthy and strong and does not request add on - only necessary services that my feet need. Up to modern techniques like Dips, no chip, and full sets. I am super happy with my services! I came in for a pedicure with paraffin. I came in early and Pia was able to make the early time work! My mom also got her toes done and she loves them. 10/10 would recommend! The vibe was immaculate! This came out to $70 with the wax treatment and French add on. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I hope Level Nail Bar takes feedback seriously and focuses on both the quality of the work and creating a more positive, relaxing experience for clients.

I told her to give it to my friend, who is a regular, since I don't live in the area. She insisted the offer was meant for me, so I said fine, give it to me and I'll pass it along. But I never received any free service. On top of that, my friend, who had been promised a 10% discount for the long wait, only received 5% when checking out. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend finding another place for nail services.

I was getting my toes done too and they took about 12 mins to do my toes, no cuticle cut no massage literally rubbed my legs for a second and I was out of the chair. The girl who winded up doing my nails the only reason why I tipped her because she seemed sweet and she actually cared but the nails were not at all what I envisioned and it was so basic what I got done but yeah DONT go here even if it's last resort !

What is most troubling is being dismissed rather than heard. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and has now become a health concern. I initially went to Harlem Nails for a BIAB manicure. Within only four days, the product completely popped off, which already raised concerns about the quality of the application. When I returned to have the issue addressed, the customer service was poor. There was no apology, no accountability, and I felt dismissed rather than helped. What is most upsetting is that after the second visit, I developed what appears to be an infection on my right ring finger and am currently seeking treatment at Immediate Care because of it. No customer should ever leave a nail salon needing medical attention afterward. Based on my experience, I also have serious concerns regarding hygiene and sanitation practices. Cleanliness and proper tool handling are critical in any nail service, especially when working around the nail bed and skin. I understand mistakes can happen, but professionalism, cleanliness, and customer care matter. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. I would strongly encourage others to pay close attention to sanitation practices before receiving services here. read more

The salon is very clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. I always enjoy my visits here. I've been coming here for years and honestly I love it. I only come to get my no chip pedicure now because my best friend does my nails but if it wasn't for her I would be back here again!
