This dealership offered $14k for my clean custom paint with GPS and ABS 2019 Street Glide with a HD Stage II and around 3,900 miles which retails for around $15-20k. Looking at a 2021 used Harley and was told I could not use my credit union to finance the bike. I was told I could only use the Harley finance at 12 percent. They said I could could refinance later. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else. read more

Had a done deal on a trike said we'd be there before noon today to pick it up... as we were in route we got a call that someone else came in and put a deposit on it... we were never asked for a deposit on the phone. Purchased my Road Glide Ultra back in 2016. Sold me the Service Package agreement which I think is invaluable if you get out to ride your bike across the country. Took my bike in for all scheduled services and everything seem to go well. When my service agreement ended I tried to take the oil filter off and found that it was over-tightened a lot! I was pissed. So I took my bike to a local professional mechanic that pointed out many things wrong with my bike such as loose bolts on various parts of the bike, loose exhaust mounting bolts, unsecured wiring in the fairing, and the list goes on...you get the point...I thought my bike was getting a professional mechanic at Waco Harley Davidson, but I guess I was wrong. If you are going to do everything you can to save a buck by cutting corners under a service agreement, that just shows your customer support how much you really care about your customers. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ADAM SMITH WACO HARLEY DAVIDSON AGAIN. read more

I am still in awe over the customer service received from A.K. and Luke. A.K. did everything in his power to make me a new and more than satisfied customer. I felt the entire transaction was honest and he delivered on everything he said. My husband's birthday was on October 5th, and I wanted to surprise him with a 2017 HD Road Glide Special. We made the more-than-fair deal on the 5th, and A.K. made sure it was delivered to San Angelo, Texas the very same day so that it would be the perfect gift! & It was!! My husband took his Ultra Classic to get a turn signal fixed. He started talking to the service rep about getting a new cam. Long story short, they couldn't get the cam after a month, but in the shop tore the bike down in the meantime. He told them he was not waiting any longer and to give him the bike back. He was told he'd have to pay them $1600 for tearing it down and putting it back together! Also, they "found" things that needed to be replaced. We will never set foot in this business again. They are shameful. Terrible store. read more

They are not people that can be trusted say one thing and don't do much but charge you up the yingyang for a service they never did. It was one excuse after another never called and keep you the customer in the loop all they want is your money. ADAM SMITH'S HARLEY DAVIDSON OF WACO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! My husband and I are from New Smyrna Beach Florida traveling on our 7000 mile ride. We were on our way home traveling through Texas when our motorcycle broke down in Lampasas Texas. We called every local towing company including our Progressive Insurance attempting to get a tow truck or any kind of assistance. We called the local Harley Dealer Harker Heights Harley Davidson for help. After advising we were stranded for 3 hours now and were not from the area they just advised they would not be able to help nor would their other owned dealership be able to help due to having no trailers to tow our vehicle. Both Dealerships? Both not having tow vehicles available for emergency assistance? Really! They told us to call our insurance company. What ever happened to the Harley brotherhood? Thanks for nothing Harker Heights Harley!! Looking on the map 1 and 1/2 hours away was Waco Texas. We called Adam Smith's Harley-Davidson of Waco Texas and asked for the service department. After explaining our dilemma the service department quickly said hold on. Within minutes they reassured us help was on the way. They did not even hesitate they had a tow vehicle on the way to our rescue! Sure enough 1 !/2 hours later Waco Harley met us on the side of the road hooked up our motorcycle and headed back to the dealership with both of us another 1 1/2 hours. We arrived in Waco they offered to take us to grab a bite gave us water and referred us to a local hotel. Prayers answered! The very next morning they had our cycle on a lift and spoke with us explaining and showing us what needed to be repaired. They immediately ordered the parts so we would have a limited waiting period. Top it all we were offered a loaner motorcycle to get us through the wait while the repair was in progress. They called us with every update and even referred us to some of the local sights. Thank you Adam Smith's Harley Davidson of Waco Texas for going above and beyond your scope of duty. My wife and I just traded in our 2010 Ultra Limited for a 2018 Ultra Limited. We just moved from Oregon to Texas and was not familiar with the local H.D. I was having some mechanical problem diagnosis done on my older bike and took a test ride on a new 2019...Well you know where that goes. Long story short, it was hard to let my old bike go and through the process I was interested in determining the ethics, honesty, and professionalism of Waco H.D. before buying there. After all once I bought I would be dealing with them for years. Any business does not survive without making a profit. Sales of course worked that as I did on my side. Through this process I was impressed with Ryan and Mike Green. Mike was particularly refreshing to work with. On the service side, Joe, the manager , was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. TJ was efficient and friendly, both very professional attitude. Bryte (forgive me if I got this name wrong) was a joy to work with in the document closing. In the end I got a good deal, and H.D. got rid of one the the remaining 2018 and made some profit. Special kudos to Mike Green for his patience and honesty.
