Fortunately no one was hurt but cargo security and road safety were compromised. Customer service was disappointing. I received minimal response from Marc Gordon at Phil's Trailers and similarly minimal response from Amanda Greer at Haulmark Trailers. Both acknowledged the issue but provided no timely resolution, repair plan, or clear next steps. For a high-dollar trailer built for hauling valuable equipment, that level of support is unacceptable.

Had to help repair the wire that had a screw ran through it. Thought no big deal. Stuff happens. The within the first 300 miles pulling it the passenger rear tire separated. I thought no big deal stuff happens. Then the front tire same side separated within the next 200 miles. Then the other two on the other side came apart. The ply wood on the interior bowed real bad. The front gravel guard is so thin it dents. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere to spend your hard earned money.

The price was competitive. The install was beyond all expectations. Spoke with the technician who did the install and he explained everything and asked questions to make sure I understood what he was doing and if I was ok with everything. This was not a simple install. This involved many sensors and a camera. All were done very professionally. After the install everything was again explained and I left with the words "If ever anything goes wrong just come on back and we'll make it right." ringing in my ears. Not spray painted...there is also parts on the inside that are supposed to be powder coated, but SOME are just left as bare metal with primer on it
