DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE... Very weird owner and she's disrespectful, I came here for…read moremy first pole session and there was no one there as if the place was closed... Literally on maps & google the place had said OPEN, so i was very irritated about that.. I went next door to a hair salon spoke with them to see what's going on and they literally agreed it's unprofessional to have things that way... I have called multiple times before arriving with no answer (just assuming they were busy) ofc since they were reading OPEN online... Anyway, after so many attempts to reach her or someone who works there at all, I don't get a call an hear back from the owner until 4pm and it was 11:50 when i arrived at her studio!!!!!!! I explained to her that i just moved back to DC from ATL.. So knowing anything beyond what a normal person would see, i would have no idea of. However, I was recommended her studio by a friend and wanted to give a try. I also let her know how i even caught a uber there an back which totaled $54 with change. Now her response to everything??? Very nonchalant she didn't seem to care until i expressed myself further, letting her know how unprofessional that is to have your studio say open when it's indeed closed. Also when i started to record our phone call LOL SHE FELT VERY GUILTY.. I even started to ask her politely how do she plan on compensating me moving forward from this situation beings though i was interested in starting there.. Whether it be my first class free etc. But she literally went back to the beginning like ABC pretending to not understand

This week marks my first year of training with A-GAME Strength & Fitness so, I figure it's a good…read moreplace to reflect on my experience. When I started training with Mundah I came in extremely obese. I had no idea what I was about to embark on. During my initial consultation with "Coach Mundah" he stated it was going to be the most difficult thing I will ever do in my life. I didn't comprehend what he meant at the time because in my mind I was only concerned with 'losing weight'. "How will this be the most difficult task in my life?" I thought. Now, 200 training hours later, I realize Mundah was spot on about what he told me. I had tried everything to lose weight before. For years I struggled with my weight going up and down, yo-yo dieting programs, various diet pills, gimmicks, and even other trainers. None of those brought me anywhere close the success or results I gained training with A-GAME Strength & Fitness. Training with A-GAME has made a significant impact on my life. I have learned more about what it takes to live the health and fitness lifestyle than I ever imagined. Never have I been involved with someone as intensely passionate, driven, loving, giving, motivating, or highly-organized, as Mundah. One of the first indicators that I was dealing with an elite professional was when he instructed me to complete a series of prep-work, such as seeing my doctor for a full physical to include a cardiovascular exam, and having my blood drawn for my blood type. This may seem trivial because normally you are supposed to visit your doctor before starting a physical exertion program; but to me this was major, as I was not aware my diet should be based on my blood type. This is just one example of many of how Mundah has enlightened me in my new fitness journey, making this training experience the most rewarding. Training with A-GAME has re-directed my focus towards sacrificing, organizing my life, getting into a routine, changing my mindset, and making healthier choices. My journey is really just beginning and although I have made significant strides with my weight loss goals - 72 lbs. in my first 100 hours [5 months] of training! - I still have well over 100 lbs. to lose. Although this journey has been difficult mentally/emotionally, I don't regret any of it because of the results. I am slowly transforming into a new, healthier, and successful woman. I never realized how essential the mental and spiritual aspect is until now. A concept difficult to comprehend when you are stuck in an "obese mindset", as I have been for decades. Mundah's training philosophy of BEING THE BEST and his coaching approach of developing ('ordinary') people like me into elite individuals is like nothing I've ever experienced, which makes A-GAME stand above the rest. He does not take the "cookie-cutter" approach my previous trainers did. His program is uniquely designed and tailored to his clients according to their fitness levels; down to literally, every second of the workout, which is amazing to me. Mundah Massaquoi is a phenomenal trainer, leader, and friend. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to train with A-GAME Strength & Fitness and would recommend this program to anyone. The name alone, "A-GAME Strength & Fitness" speaks for itself and is second-to-none in the DMV area. If you want to truly reach your level, hire Mundah now!

Why do people hire experts? They hire experts because they are serious about results. When it comes…read moreto health and wellness, Mundah should be at the top of your list! He is the type of trainer that is personally committed to your success and constructs work outs to fit your body's needs. Mundah and I connected at a time when I was ready to get my health back on track. There is a misconception that people with smaller frames are healthy but I knew that my body wasn't operating at its best. After working with Mundah, I felt physically and mentally healthier. The results are obvious. People always say that words matter and A Game is the perfect way to describe Mundah's work out philosophy... he brings out the best in you!

THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE!!! THEY WILL NEVER SEE A PENNY OF MY $$$ AGAIN!!!…read more My 9 year-old daughter just completed an entire season (9/10/17 - 6/17/17) of Ballet classes at BodyMoves. She was supposed to be in a class for 9 - 12 year olds, but that abruptly changed when the business lost a new dance teacher at the start of the season. Basically, this teacher left without any notice the following day of work...but now I understand why, since this business is so mismanaged. Instead, the business decided to combine my daughter's class with the Pre-Ballet class comprised of 3 - 5 year olds. Now, let's fast forward to the end-of-year showcase that took place yesterday (6/17/17). This event took place at Crossland High School. According to the written program that everyone received upon entering the auditorium, my daughter's ballet class was supposed to perform 2nd, after an opening performance from her instructor. The co-owner (part of a husband/wife team), serving as the MC of the program announced that there would be changes to the written program. Based on these changes, my daughter's class was up first with their, "Infusion" dance number. At the start of the "Infusion" dance performance, I had noticed that only the 3-5 year olds were on the stage. The little ones danced for 3-minutes or so, and then my daughter's age group hit the stage. My daughter and the other 9-12 year olds were only on the stage for about "10 SECONDS" when the music and lights abruptly shut off. Of course, I'm a bit confused and distraught, wondering what happened to the performance my daughter spent 10-months rehearsing for. During the 15-minute intermission, I had spoken with the MC (co-owner) about my confusion around my daughter's "10 second" performance -- and I wanted to know if my daughter's class would have an opportunity for perform their piece in the show. He claimed that he didn't know anything about this, and that the show would continue on "as-is" with no additional performances. My family in attendance (including me) were absolutely disgusted by the whole ordeal. After the show, I headed to pick-up my daughter from the dressing room. I had asked her what had happened. Basically, my daughter stated that the stage manager had messed up the music to her team's performance -- hence, the reason why her performance only lasted 10-seconds (versus 4-minutes). When my family member asked my daughter's instructor why she was unable to dance, the instructor stated that he wanted for the girls to take the stage again for their performance -- but was told by the co-owner (Toni Baptiste) that wasn't happening because she wanted to end the show "On Time". Toni's ridiculous stance cheated by daughter and her peers out of a ballet performance they had practiced 10-months for. The silly thing is that I had to purchased a $100 tutu costume that my daughter only wore for 10-seconds. Honestly, I may seek legal action against this business...their poor decision-making needs to be accounted for.

First and foremost, my child never even got to enroll because I called and sent numerous amounts of…read moree-mails....to no avail! I can't say much about them except that they don't return your calls when you leave more than one message and they don't return your e-mails either. I'll keep my daughter right where she is!
