Prior to the free class, the staff member provided a comprehensive tour of the facility that included information about the benefits of infrared technology and fitness. The keyless entry location features 24/7 accessibility. As for the workouts, each workout station includes virtual instruction. My favorite was the cycling station. The rooms are compact and blazingly hot, but heat-adjustable. For this reason, I could not imagine being in the enclosed compartments with two other people. The facility not only features the HIIT workouts, hot-cycle, hot-thunder, and hot-blast, but also Isometric workouts such as hot-iso, hot-pilates, and hot-yoga. There is also a small workout area in the back featuring free weights. Smith machine and TRX bands. There are two bathrooms featuring glass showers. They also feature brand merchandise at the front. Overall, the location was clean. The workout rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. It's because the trainers are motivational and really keep you accountable. Coach Nigel is super responsive and really pushes me to the next level. Through the highs and lows, he really adapts our training to match me. The community is super fun too-- Katrina, Coach Gary, Yaire, Gabe all bring such good energy. I found the organization on Yelp and went to the @elite_technique instagram website and was immediately amazed by the results being shown. This was all I needed to see to convince me that this was place that I needed to join. I contacted Elite Technique via Yelp to establish my membership, in addition to asking any other pertinent questions and obtaining necessary details. You have the option of going to five days a week and an extra day of Saturday Morning Bootcamp is included. The sessions are normally thirty minutes (more so HIIT style) workouts that consists of specific plans for your specific goal. Elite Technique also provides meal plans, in which you can reach out to your trainer for motivation in remaining consistent. Each trainer is assigned one to two clients per session to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are followed. Everyone in the gym must also bring a large towel to cover equipment, in addition to wearing gloves that cover your entire hand. Elite Technique is constantly being cleaned by the trainers with disinfectant wipes/spray during and after the use of equipment. I was assigned Miguel as a trainer. We train here on a regular basis and I love all of what the gym has to offer. I get a full and intense work-out each and every time I'm here. Kettle bells, suicides, boxing, you name it, I do it here. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. Always speaking to you, encouraging/motivating you, joking with you and just providing excellent customer service. The gym offers classes for children, as well as adults. I can't give specifics on the classes offered, because I'm not exactly sure what they are, but I do know I see repeat clients. So whatever classes they have, keeps them coming back, week after week. An actual boxing ring is on one side and artificial turf is on another, with boxing bags and other equipment located throughout. I love it! It's a much different gym than I'm use too. I think they could do a little more for the kids training. Since my children started they continue to keep them with the kids who are beginning. An issue for me since my kids have to restart the basic training which takes time from their training. They should keep the new incoming kids separated from the experienced. Once they catch up with the basic they can be included. Overall, I'll continue. It has help my girls in many positive ways. We might take a break but plan to continue in the future.
