    My CPAP machine has definitely improved my health and sleep quality. I, especially, know when I'm in deep sleep mode, very active REM cycle.

    Sleepless nights suck, especially, when it impacts your health. At the urgency of my Endocrinologist, I finally made an appointment to see a Pulmonologist a few months ago. After conducting a two-night sleep study at home, he concluded that I do not have sleep apnea (thank goodness). However, due to my other two chronic illnesses (and some mild snoring), I do qualify for a CPAP machine. Fast forward to now, using a CPAP machine (for the first time ever in my life) has definitely improved the quality of my health and sleep (continuous test results at my Endocrinologist and Pulmonologist's shows it). Therefore, I wholeheartedly give my thanks and shout-outs to Harmony Healthcare for providing me my CPAP machine, supplies, and wonderful service and assistance from Rick Gabrielyan. Harmony Healthcare is located right next to Déjà Vu Med Spa & Salon and adjacent to Claro's Italian Market on Huntington Drive in Arcadia. Parking: Free street parking in front (watch for signs). COVID-19 Safety Procedures: All staffers wore masks; hand sanitizers are available and social distancing enforced. The office is clean and well-ventilated. Due to the pandemic, replenishments of your CPAP supplies are shipped directly to your house, and invoices are processed through an online account that you will setup with them. Both processes are very quick and efficient. Should you have any questions or inquiries, you can always give them call. My CPAP machine is very user-friendly, easy to clean and maintain. My supplies get replenished every three months (nasal pillows, headgear/hoses, filter pads, etc.). The only part I have to get on my own is the distilled water for the filtration portion. Rick assisted me the first time with my CPAP machine - everything from invoice setup, how to clean, care and maintain it. He also answered any inquiries that I had. In addition, Rick had me tested out the nasal pillow, making sure I understand how to fit it properly as well as getting used to the air blowing through my nose (it was scary at first - kind of like that first feeling when the wind hits your face on a rollercoaster. However, after two weeks (of sleeping with it on), I got adjusted to it, and now, it's part of nightly routine). Best of all, I like how compact the CPAP machine is. It does not take up too much space on my nightstand. It even comes with a traveling case that I can take along on my vacations, if I wish. I will say though, the only tedious part at times is cleaning it, but everyday care and maintenance goes a long way with taking care of my health and sleep, especially, now with the pandemic, do not take your breathing for granted! Overall, my CPAP machine has done wonders for my health and sleep. Thank again to Harmony Healthcare Supply for providing my CPAP machine and supplies, quickly and efficient! I highly recommend them for all your CPAP medical needs.

I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. There's plenty of parking available in the lot, which is always a plus. It's also just across the street from a medical center that includes various clinics, Arcadia MRI & Imaging Center, and other primary care doctors, so it's a very convenient spot if you need to pick up a prescription after a doctor's visit. My family has been using this pharmacy for years. Their pick-up process is very efficient. The staff at the front are kind and helpful, and they have several people working behind the counter to sort inventory and make sure everything runs smoothly. They sometimes offer delivery services, which has been a big help on busy days. While they carry a selection of over-the-counter products like Solstice products, Tiger Balm, Cetaphil, and Vaseline, I do find that these items tend to be more expensive than at other stores, so I usually prefer to purchase them elsewhere. Overall, Arcadia Pharmacy Center is a reliable and efficient neighborhood pharmacy with friendly service. I recommend it for anyone in the area.

He refused saying I should get somebody to go to CVS up the street. Unbelievable. Who's all about the money because the medication I needed was not very expensive.

She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

There was no line, so the store associate took his photo and uploaded it to their system. After, we inquired about the free digital copy (which was advertised on the Walgreens website as well as on the signage in store), the associate said they had never heard about it. He eventually reached out to a coworker who confirmed that the free digital copy was in fact a valid offer. Once my friend paid for his photos, he checked his email as the photos are supposed to be emailed upon purchase. Unfortunately they were never delivered, so we asked the store associate if there is anything he could do. He did little to look for alternatives and simply stated that it was not possible to get into the system to resend. The printed photos weren't the best quality (the background appeared a bit gray) so even when uploaded to the passport site, the photo was disapproved. If you are looking to get new passport photos, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

They are located right next door…read moreto Congress Orthopedics where my husband was fitted for a cast on October 5th for a broken hand. The assistant/nurse at Congress sold us a Easy Self Wear Waterproof Arm Cast Cover for showering and we were discharged by a receptionist at the front counter of Congress Orthopedics and paid for the product there. My husbands cast was so large that he was unable to fit his cast through the opening of the cast cover and we realized this at home the next morning when he went to take a shower. The cast cover is in it's original packaging, never been used, and I had the receipt. My husband got his cast off October 31st a month after that first visit. At that visit I asked to return the Cast Cover. I was told by Congress that the cover needed to be returned next door at Durable Performance Equipment which I just learned was a separate company that day. I went next door and the employee there told me it had been past their seven day return policy and kept pointing to the sign on his desk stating their return policy in writing. First of all the assistant sold me something without checking to see if it would actually work with my husband's cast, second of all I live downtown so of course I waited until the next appointment to return it, and most importantly there is NOT a refund policy sign for Durable Performance Equipment on the Congress side. My advice is to let your customers know that Congress Orthopedics and Durable Performance Equipment are two separate companies and if you are going to sell your supplies on the Congress side make sure their staff is trained on fitting you for the product before selling, the receptionist should state the return policy or place a Return policy sign on the Congress side. Had that been done I would have made a special trip and returned it within the seven days. I should not be penalized for your poor processes and procedures.
