Found this spot down the street from me and luckily they had availability for me as a walk in but i believe it's appointment only usually. I didn't catch the same of my masseuse but she was amazing!! As soon as she started she knew my shoulders neck and arms were just really tight so she went to town on them and got almost all of them out (there were a lot) ! No contest, one of the best massages I have ever had (and I've gone to a lot of places ranging in price/style). I have fibromyalgia, and for me, deep tissue massage can be very therapeutic. The older woman (who I believe is also the owner) is who worked with me. I asked her about the technique, and she translated for me that it was called deep tissue massage with tendon stretching. The place is charmingly decorated, clean, and relaxing. I highly recommend a visit!! read more

This is the best place to get a massage. Susan is the best! She is very strong and able to help with my neck and shoulder pain.

I was in desperate need of a good massage after working 12-15 hour work days and weekends (big launch) and came here for a 90-minute deep tissue with Susan. She focused on my shoulder knots, my neck, calves, and feet, and stretched my body out, then ended with a nice face and head massage! It felt SO good, I was so relaxed and all smiles at the end. I felt so well taken care of too. Susan was great at checking in on pressure and was very kind. Ended up buying my mom a gift certificate for Mother's Day and will have to do the same for my dad! Definitely will be a returning customer. If you go and you have the means, please make sure to tip at least the standard 22% as #1, she deserves it and #2, massage, especially firmer pressures, is not kind on the masseuse's body. I've spoken to others around the world who go home and ice their hands to prepare for the next work day, and I knew another who injured her shoulder and now cannot work. Oh my goodness, Susan is a little bit of magic. I've been here twice in 2 weeks, struggling with bad knots in my shoulders. I understand that it's somewhat painful to get those knots worked on and here is no exception. However, I don't know that I've ever had such complete relief from said knots after a massage. By the next day it was like they hadn't even been there. During the massage Susan was getting parts of my arms that have never gotten special attention before and explaining how the muscles there connect to where my knots are, etc. She explained it much better since she clearly knows what she's talking about. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. I originally wound up here because it was the local massage place that was open late when I needed it (9 pm, I believe).
