My friend made us an appointment for a massage off Groupon. The lady had a bit of an attitude about using Groupon. She was also the only one there, which she didn't mention on the phone. During my massage she was training someone, so they took turns. Which the other girl def needed more training lol. But if it was just the professional woman I would've given a better review. Found this gem yesterday. I also found Susan. Susan was very good at hitting all the right knots on my shoulders, which was what I was complaining about. The tension caused by stress is what she observed right away as soon as she started. Unlike other massage places where they use their arms and elbows, Susan was different, using both hands and arms to go and soothe every fiber of muscle. I paid upfront and left $10 tip from the beginning, and then in the end lady wanted me to leave more so I felt forced to leave $20 for 2 massages . $70 deep tissue massage (60 min) by Susan. My knots were destroyed in the best way possible! I called around 2pm Sunday to make a same day appointment for the evening, 7pm. She confirmed the type and duration of tha massage that I wanted. Parking in the lot was very easy. Susan greeted me, confirmed my phone number for the appt, and asked me if there was any part of my body I wanted her to focus on (my shoulders!!). Massage room was clean and tidy. Susan checked in with me every once in a while to make sure the pressure she was applying was good for me. I told her I like the heavy pressure and she found the my knots in my shoulders with her elbow/arms. When the pain got too intense for me, she reduced her pressure and I asked her to continue with less pressure--I still needed this knot to be worked out! At some point I also asked her to pause on my shoulder, so she respected that and stepped back to let me breathe for a few seconds. Then throughout the rest of the massage she would come back to my shoulders once in a while to work on the remaining tightness. Highly recommend. Susan is so strong and identified some tight spots that I didn't even know I had. Make sure to tip well, this must be so tough on all the staff's bodies. read more

Staff here (especially Susan) are professional, skilled, and provide quality service! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage Saturday afternoon. We paid up front with their promo deal, and I opted for a deep tissue massage. I told Susan where my problem areas were prior to the massage and she found/worked out ALL the knots without me specifically pointing them out. I appreciated that she checked in a few times to make sure the pressure wasn't too hard (IT WAS PERFECT EVERY TIME). She gave extra attention on my problem areas too and gave me a little bit of stretching at the end as well. I also received a hot stone treatment, which wasn't scalding like some other massage places I've been to before. I left the massage feeling great!
