I always got my acrylics done here as a college student, but they are a bit overpriced compared to other nail spas. I am very easy to please when it comes to my nails, cuz anything is better than my naturals. However, beware that they will go crazy with the filing! My nails got thinner and thinner because of constant buffing. They even trimmed my cuticles to the point I've received cuts that were bleeding and they had to give me some antiseptic. (It also took forever for them to believe me that I was feeling some burning???) Anyway, that experience affected my trust with them and currently looking for a more gentle nail spa. read more

New favorite nail salon! I normally get dip with a fake tip under it but I wanted the dip to be on my real nail this time. The quality is amazing! The dip on my nails is not too thick and not too thin. The shape is great and exactly what I asked for. They give student discounts so I ended up paying $40. Normal nail salons just put dip on my nails and then they're done. This nail salon did a full manicure (to my natural nails with the filing, cut, removing cuticle skin or whatever, etc.) then put dip on my nails. After this they finshed with oil for my cuticles and a hand/arm massage with lotion. It's a lot and great quality for only $40 ($45 if you are not a student). Oh my gosh, I can't even begin to describe the wrongdoings I've just experienced at this nail salon. My fingernails were done by the owner herself and my pedicure about to be done by a guy who I previously had a bad experience with until I spoke, at least I thought, candidly to the owner about what he did wrong after she ASKED me repeatedly what he did wrong. After I told her she spoke in another language to the workers about this. I know this because the worker I reported rolled his eyes at me multiple times throughout the remainder of my visit. To make a long story short after leaving the nail salon I noticed how silky the back of my feet were and attested this to the oils that were put on them after the pedicure was done. I mean it was so much that I attempted to wipe some off with a napkin when I got in my car. When getting in the shower at home I slipped very hard, fell and busted my knee. When I tried to get up from the tub I slipped 3 more times. Hitting myself in various places on my legs. As the bruising develops I will take photos. Watch out for this place. It might and will hurt you. LITERALLY!! I am fuming and will be making a formal complaint. read more

When I first walked in, I was not greeted at all. That was the first red flag, but I hoped for the best. Then I was only prompted to sign in because someone else had just signed in. This was my first time here so I wasn't aware that we had to. I'm sitting there for a good 25 minutes and two people who came in after me were seated. One had an appointment which was understandable, but the other did not. I was not addressed again until I asked how long the wait would be. Would not recommend. Made an appointment for 3:45pm was not seen till 4:20pm until after i asked how much longer I would be waiting. My middle finger nail is sideways and they filed my nail off all the way to my skin. Next, the color I picked is not what ended up on my fingers. Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I got my pedicure first and I can't say enough good things about the woman who did my toes! So attentive, gentle, and kind. However, my 2 star rating is due to the average of the services. The man who did my nails made fun of my hands (they can get a tad sweaty), went against what I said I wanted, and did the worst dip manicure I've ever had. My natural nails were long enough to not need tips, but they were skinny for my liking. So I requested him to put tips on to give them more of a square shape without having to sacrifice length. He finally agreed, asked if I wanted square round, to which I reminded him "no, square". He did square round anyways, completely defeating the purpose of me putting tips on and cutting my natural nails down, causing me to pay like $10 extra for absolutely nothing. He rushed the process & kept hurting my cuticles with the drill, and when I would pull my hand back out of pain, he'd yank it back with the impression that I was just being difficult. Two of my nails bled as well. Once the manicure was done, 6/10 of my nails were crooked and/or uneven. I've done dip nails at home that look better than these. I wanted to like this place considering their majority positive reviews/it's location, but from now on I'll to a place that actually pays attention to dip powder manicures, doesn't rush, and doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. read more

Been coming here since it first opened. After the Covid shutdowns, I returned and Mike has done my nails ever since. He's friendly and very detailed orientated. My nails always come out looking great and last 3-4 weeks with no problems. read more

This salon is very nice and professional! They did a fantastic job with the application and they looked so good! Student discount is a plus as well. I explained to Nancy what happened and she was so gentle and walked me through the best steps to get my nails healthy again! She paid attention to every detail and really took her time! I've been soaking my nails off at Harmony's for most of the year, after my acrylic sets. I started going because they were right in my area and were open on a Sunday (I don't believe they are anymore). The experiences were great and quick and the staff was always so sweet. My last few soak offs have been with Kate and have varied in pricing ranging from $10-$15. Up until today, Kate was super sweet. I called ahead today to see if I could soak my nails off without an appointment and was told yes. Upon my arrival, the place was packed. No social distancing of seats, but I needed my nails soaked off so I figured I could deal. What is normally a relaxing session seemed rushed today, as they were trying to hurry and get me out of their chair for a client who was getting her nails done and I guess paying more. I always tell Kate not to drill on my nails and today, she took it upon herself to do what she wanted. When my nails took longer than 20 minutes to soak off, she began to aggressively scrape the acrylic off and call over who I'm going to assume was the manager, who began to insult my eyebrows saying they were too thick and needed to be shaped down and my nails saying had I come to her shop for my full set, they could've taken my nails off and gave me "better work". All of which was false. My cuticles were not cut. My hands were not massaged. I didn't get half of the things I normally get with my soak off procedure. And upon getting to the register to pay, Kate told me my total was $20. $20 for a soak off. It's safe to say I will not be returning to Harmony's, even after receiving a 15% off text for my birthday. read more

I arrived at the nail salon at 5:04 and was told to wait 5 minutes after telling the man at the front I needed a full set. After waiting 35 minutes I was finally sat down. The man who did my nails was rushing through it the entire time. I couldn't understand why he was going so fast until after I left while I was still in the car I see him running out. I could understand if I was there close to closing time (they close at 7) but it wasn't even 6:30 yet. There were many steps he didn't do because he was rushing. I don't think it's fair that the quality of the service has to suffer just because he needs to leave. If that's the case I would've rather just had someone else who could actually put in the time and focus on doing their best on my nails. My nails are crooked and not to mention also very thin. When he asked if I liked the shape I let him know that I thought they were too thin but he had already shaped my whole hand that way and that wasn't something he could undo so unfortunately I had to live with it. He then proceeded to talk about me to the other employees telling them about how I don't like the shape and how I said they were too thin. This place does not even deserve one star. Worst place I have ever been to in order to get my nails done. I have had appointments countless of times and they have waiting 2 hours after my appointment to even seat me. They are not organized at all when it comes to picking out colors and they do a very sloppy job. Their prices are not worth the hassle that I and many other people that i know go through in order to go to this place. They constantly serve walk-ins first before you if you have an appointment that there is no need for an apportionment. After messing up my nails countless number of times (wrong color, cutting my skin, uneven shape) they wouldn't even offer me a discount. Would not recommend this place. read more
