They only have a kiosk to order from for your drink which I'm not a huge fan of cause you have to wait for others to finish order which can take a while. I did a custom drink which ended up being pretty bland and overpriced. Next time I'll stick with a signature so I can get more bang for my buck. While I think this is a fabulous place with great drinks, I feel like it does not fit in at Fountain Square/downtown and am therefore worried about how long it will last here. I have not tried the food, but I ordered the Watermelon Sango with 1/2 sugar, and it was delicious! I ordered it to go and it came in a plastic container with lid. It was a really cute cup that would probably be reusable, but I recycled it instead. The inside decor is very open and sterile. The seating is all around the outside, while the kitchen/bar area is in the center. There are couches at the front and rear, with regular and high/bar tables on the sides. I'm so glad that there is a bubble tea place in fountain square. The interior is cozy and a very instagrammable place. It is a great spot to hang out with friends or catch up on some work. I loved the variety of unique drink flavors with different add ins such as lychee jelly, sago, and crystal jelly. I really enjoyed how all of the drinks came with a reduced sugar option. There is also ramen and poke available on the menu. I went with the strawberry avocado pomelo sago with 25% sugar. I really enjoyed the strawberry flavor which didn't taste artificial and was perfectly sweetened for me. One thing that I didn't love was how the avocado came in chunks. The texture was a little strange for me, although my fiancé did not mind it. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the avocado was blended. I loved the sago pearls which had the perfect amount of chew and bounce. My only gripe was the price for each drink. Including tax, this drink cost almost $9.40. While the sizes were a little larger than what you can usually get at boba shops, it was a little difficult to justify paying that much for a drink. Tea was lukewarm though with no ice, they didn't shake the tea. Can be a big cup which is huge! Got the poke too, asked for it without rice and extra salad instead but this wasn't listened to sadly. I am SO EXCITED for the new location of Harmony Tea Shoppe in Fountain Square. Initially, I was just happy about not having to drive to the north side to get my fix but having finally been able to visit the new location is better than expected! The space is giant first of all. So many tea shops are over crowded or just have enough space for the counter and a few chairs. This space has ample seating, a few spots for the gram, and plenty of natural lighting to make you want to stay a while. There are two menu stands just to the right of the entrance to use to order but it looks like they have a counter register as well. The drink menu is highly varied, so if you want a traditional bubble milk tea or a fruit tea with all the toppings they have you covered. I look forward to coming back and trying the poke or noodle options! So happy this cute spot opened up in fountain square! The vibes are amazing and the decor is spot on. You order from a screen which is so cool because you can see all the options and pictures of them. I thought they would just have tea.... Woof. Those prices yall. I was excited to check this space out and happy to see the building being put to use by a tea shop! I was also super excited to see that they were using reusable glass jars...or so I thought, based on their marketing/photos. I went with one of their signature drinks - the mango/avocado. It was tasty and I love that you can order at the kiosk at front. Helps to reduce face-to-face with Covid. Sadly, I got my drink and the jars were not at all glass, but worse - plastic. i recently just came across the opening of the new harmony tea shoppe in fountain square. i LOVE fountain square so i just knew this new building would be amazing. It's in a great spot, in walking distance from all the other shops in fountain square. the only bad thing is the parking isn't great, parking lot is very confusing. i'll give it a 6/10 for customer service, but the inside is BEAUTIFUL. they have couches & tables for you to sit at. if the line is too long they have a machine by the door for you to order on & grab your drink/ food when it's ready. I have officially found my new boba and poke spot! The minute you walk in you can't help but take in all the cute modern decor from the white flowers to the greenery on the walls. I appreciate that they have two digital ordering machines to make the ordering process faster. I quickly walked in and ordered a ahi tuna poke bowl and a rose boba tea. The poke was spot on and I was pleasantly surprised with how fresh the tuna tasted. Overall great experience, food, and ambiance. So excited to have Harmony Tea Shoppe in Fountain Square - I can see it thriving here. The location (the old Wine market location) is perfect for a boba shoppe and the team have really outdone themselves with decor. The shop is extremely well lit, welcoming, and fresh feeling,and basically built for Instagram. The design of the boba accessories (straws, cups, etc) deserves special mention - the cups are resealable! Love it. I have gone to harmony twice and have not yet tried the food, but the drinks I've ordered were delightful. The first time I ordered one of the signature fruit teas and added grass jelly. It was good, but overly sweet even at 75% sweetness (did I mention the awesome customization options). I would order it again but dial the sugar back even more. The second time I got my typical boba order - taro w/ tapioca bobas. This one is where the star gets knocked off. The tarp they use just doesn't do it for me, not a strong enough flavor. But still yummy and not too sweet! Can't wait to try more options - maybe even one of the cheese foam drinks. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this location! I'd been to the Castleton and Carmel locations before, but saw pictures and knew I needed to stop in. I got the watermelon sago, and it was delicious. I got 100% sugar, and if I got it again I would choose a lower amount. I also got a tuna poke bowl. It was good and fresh, but I wish I could've customized the ingredients. The spicy seafood ramen was amazing!! I told them medium heat and it was the perfect level of spice. It was packed with flavorful broth, shrimp, octopus, scallops, and of course noodles and the typical embellishments. It was warm and filling and a great buy. I was slightly less impressed by the boba I chose which was a $10 red bean smoothie, which tasted like a peanut butter milkshake with small pieces of red bean within. It was just overall really heavy and lacking in the milk tea as the attendant said it would have. However, my friend said she would come back for it, and I liked the tapioca pearls and would love to come again to try something more to my preference such as a standard milk tea. The number of options they have is really impressive, and the little space is very cute and well decorated. K-pop and lyrical remakes of sad songs were playing during the time I stayed there. One other thing- I hope they bring the mochi donuts (and the soft serves) to this location!! We downtown are in a mochi donut desert and I would love to drive less than 30 minutes to get some here instead. Update: I tried regular oolong milk tea with boba and it was much better! The super cup is a good value if you're splitting with someone. The milk has a light creamy texture and the oolong flavor was floral and in the background. Definitely in the competition for my favorite tea place! When you walk in they have 2 kiosks that you can order from and when you're order is ready. We ordered the peach oolong milk tea. The flavor of the milk tea was pretty flat and there was hardly any tea flavor to our milk tea. The peach flavoring was added via a powder and it is a sign of poor quality. The space itself is very large, but the uncomfortable seats and awkward seating arrangements didn't seem to encourage people to stay there. read more

The create your own options with ability to add fresh fruit, milk foams, Boba, etc makes some amazing combos. Such a fun new addition to fountain square! Harmony offers ramen, poke, tea, milkshakes and more. There is a self order kiosk available or the staff is more than willing to help you place your order. The staff was very patient at helping me navigate the menu. There is ample seating inside and a few patio tables outside as well. I ordered a strawberry avocado pomelo saga. So refreshing, creamy, and delicious. The strawberry was a smoothie consistency layered on top of mashed avocado with chewy pomelo balls throughout. I got mine with no sugar added and it was sweet enough as is. Harmony also offers a free birthday drink (bring your ID). I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! read more

Inside was very nice. Clean. Plenty of places to sit to wait for the food. I liked ordering from the kiosks but it would be good to know what comes in the ramen bowls. Liked having parking on the side of the building too. Made it convient to go inside. Was not a fan of the ramen and it's the only thing I got. Broth lacked flavor. $1.50 for an extra half an egg that's reminds me of a hard boiled egg. It's not smoked or anything. The thing that really did it for me is it wasn't even hot. Served Luke warm for some reason. While it was packaged to go, I went to sip the broth in my car and noticed it was just warm. 3 slices of pork belly with the ramen were ok. I tasted a lot of soy sauce. Overall, didn't care for it and most of it went into the trash. Hope the tea is better but I don't drink it. read more

Other than it being a little loud (high speed blenders compete with good music), the place has a relaxing, chill atmosphere. Service is good. All staff are in the middle of the store, prepping drinks, getting things out as quickly as possible. Ordering is automated, at kiosks at the front. Mostly self-explanatory. Always weird to leave a tip when you place the order (tip is not based on level of service). Some drink places have gone to "no tipping, it's included" system - that might make sense here. I wish they had a list of ingredients somewhere. I've looked around the store and on-line multiple times & always come up empty-handed. read more
