I love all the clients and the sense of community. The studio itself is adorable- it is bright, sunny, and puts you instantly in a good mood. All their equipment is clean and up to date. They provide everything you need for class. My favorite thing about Shine is the "move to the beat" theme they have in every class. Music always motivates me to work out harder, so this is something I appreciate immensely. I also love their pillars of working out for yourself and for no one else. Slow moving and restorative yoga class made my heart relax and my breath slow down.
