He said the comput component has gone bad. It's something that does not happen often. Mind you, my unit is less than 5 years old. Something didn't feel right. I'm a little handy, I watxh a lot of videos I had a feeling it could be the capasitir. I was too lazy to test it out myself. Called Air Max HVAC Inc. One of the first things they checked out was the capacitor and surly enough, problem was fixed. They charged me $300 for the service. A bit high, but will worth it. I hate dishonest people. She truly went above and beyond to help our family get our a/c up and running in a heat wave. She is truly the kindest and most hard working person. I know she made so many phone calls on our behalf trying to see how we can get a motor replaced as soon as possible. She tracked down this specific part we needed, sent the amazing, hard working, kind and honest repair guys over to get started while she drove allll the way, out of her way, probably at least a couple of hours driving to pick up this part for us and then delivered it to our house! Can you believe that? I still can't! I mentioned it to neighbors and they are all surprised how incredible Karen has been and how the Reliable customer service is top notch. We are incredibly grateful for how they helped our family. Such an incredible company - zero upsell, just very honest, helpful people that are the absolute best in the A/C and heating business. My brother and my cousin had big brand new unit installed so I thought I would get an estimate for my house. Called two times and lady that picked up was super rude. Told me she's too busy to setup an estimate. Called again another day and told me she's too busy. If you want to be talked down to and be told they are too busy to even follow up with. Asking for an estimate and was given nothing but excuses like "we do all our appointments at the end of the day" Can't imagine how much money they are losing with this lady answering the phone. I sent a few messages on Yelp and MD Air answered very quickly. Once we figured exactly what I needed, they promised they'd be there within 90 minutes. Less than 50 minutes later, they were at the door. I was thrilled! MD Air got up onto the roof, diagnosed the (thankfully small) problem, replaced the part, and then checked to make sure that everything was ok. He was down off the roof in about 45 minutes and the house started cooling down immediately. I was SO happy - and the bill was more than reasonable.

We were referred to Garcia Systems by a friend and it ended up being a blessing. Jose and his team installed a new heat pump system in our home for far less than we were quoted by the local company.
