We had 2 TVs mounted, one in the Living Rm and one in the Bed…read moreRm. The installer changed the appointment time twice, no problem. We had the living room TV mounted above the fireplace. The installer found our home neat and clean when he arrived. The mantle below the TV was covered with debris left behind after drilling holes in the wall. In addition to the dust, there were zip ties left on the mantle and the floor, screws from the TV base were left on our sofa. The plastic wrapping from materials used left on our coffee table, floor and in our bedroom. I may be oldschool, when contractors do work in my house, they should make sure the space looks as good or better when the job is complete. Never have I ever- had a contractor leave behind such a mess. I suggest this company and its installers invest in drop clothes and a dust buster to clean up after themselves. Will I use their services again? NO! Will I recommend them to family and friends? NO! Overall, after I cleaned up my living room and bedroom after the installer left, I was satisfied with the TV mounting. This experience leaves me with two thoughts, 1. The installer doesn't know better. And 2, because we don't live in Beverly Hills it's not as important to make sure our home is left clean and in order. The worker (Anyssa) was kind enough to give us a heads up on her arrival, made it on time as scheduled and did a wonderful job.
