I placed an online order on 5/6/22 for $59.51. When my coworker got there to pick up, he was informed that the order was never received because the service was down. Fine, He paid with his card and waited over an hour for the food because only 1 guy was working. So, I took a look at my checking acct to make sure I was not charge, and YES I was. Since 5/6 I've left several messages with corporate as well as sent written memo thru website. No response. I've made calls to the Addison store and have been told twice now that the owner would contact me in the next couple hrs and he has not. To say that the customer service is non existent is too kind. I will continue to take whatever action necessary to get my money back. The fact that they don't think they have to resolve this issue is beyond bad business. This is my first here at Harold's Chicken and my experience was really great! All of their food here was fresh and made to perfection! They also serve the orders right and quickly. You can really notice that the food is still hot. So easy and hassle-free to order. I ordered their Chicken Tenders, Large Catfish, and cookies for the desserts. I am really impressed and I really enjoy the food. Definitely a great choice! I had a wonderful stay here. I also recommend trying their Gizzard, it is breaded and very unique.
