Fancy office, but their billing is shameful. They estimated my portion of deep cleaning treatment at $ 600, which I paid upfront. Total length of treatment was 90 minutes with a hygienist. My only encounter with an actual dentist was a handshake. Once Delta Dental sent payment for their 80% of allowed amount, Harris office came back to me and charged me another $ 250. I told them i had already paid my share upfront, they offered no apology, explanation or price reduction. I paid my bill and will NEVER go there again. read more

As a working professional I was thrown off-guard to a very rude individual that claimed to be the Office Manager named Jennifer. She did not listen and rudely cut my sentences off. Hands down the best dentist and dental office you will find. Dr. Joe is simply one of a kind -- a true family man and people's person. At my initial visit, Dr. Joe spent an hour chatting with me about everything you could imagine. Of course we spoke about oral health and my own "dental goals" and he sat down and reviewed all my x-rays and intra/extra oral photos with me. He even pulled up some of his past dental cases to show what kinds of things he could achieve with my smile. Dr. Joe seems to have found his calling in taking care of people and their smiles and he does it in such a careful and gentle manner. His office staff is top notch and there's a loyalty they have to their leader whom they love and admire. Susan was my hygienist and once again I was impressed with how thorough she was in both the cleaning but also with the helpful instructions she gave regarding home hygiene. Just when I thought I knew everything about oral hygiene, Susan was able to add new elements to my home care and my mouth has never felt better. I could list some ideas here but you should go in and find out directly from her! The staff is so professional from the first phone conversation to the courtesy reminders and the attempts to get me scheduled despite my own busy schedule. I wish I had gone to Harris Dental years ago. This office is fantastic! I had been unhappy with my previous dentist for years, but like many, I dreaded changing. First, Harris Dental has the most modern technology and equipment. Everyone is well-trained, professional and experienced. They are prompt and efficient. The communication is excellent...you know what they are doing, and why they are doing it. They also listen to your issues. Dr. Joe made adjustments on my first visit that totally improved the appearance and feel of my mouth. Dr Harris is the best! I had an issue with a couple missing teeth and a few that needed to be straitened out. Prior dentist had recommended implants and braces which would've been very costly. Nothing but an amazing experience here. I started with a virtual consultation with Dr. Brian Harris and loved his ideas for my smile. Kristina was the one who helped me book this and she was SO sweet, accommodating and thorough. They give you several reminders and options to change your appointment if it doesn't work with your schedule! This lead me into his office for a in person consult. The office was extremely busy but SO welcoming and clean! The woman at the front desk introduced herself and even shook my hand!! After a few moments of filling out paper work, Kristina came and got me. She was just so inviting - I felt like she was a friend of mine. Dr. Brian Harris really cares about his patients being comfortable. He was not pushy, he listened to my needs and told me if there was anything I didn't agree with that we wouldn't do it. He took about 30 minutes to construct temporary build ups on my teeth to actually show me what the transform would look like and I was blown away. I liked this dentist (Dr. Joe) so much, I actually signed up for a Yelp account so I could write a review. Outstanding Dr / Patient care. The process was seamless. the staff OUTSTANDING! since the costs were an issue with other posts, I got an estimate for a large amount of work. I then went with my pictures and x-rays to another dentist. they were actually 2K higher. I had a bad experience as a child and avoided the dentist for years. To say I was apprehensive is mild. Dr joe.. Man? Miracle?.. My hero!!! I was ashamed and embarrassed to seek much needed dental work. I finally mustered the courage and scheduled consultation with HARRIS dental. Dr joe took his time and fully explained the services needed to make my smile beautiful. His assistant Jackie answered questions and helped schedule a payment plan to fit my budget. Still reluctant Lisa, an absolute angel phoned me and we spoke at length about the process and the procedures I needed moving forward. Finally I went in for my first appt and I felt like royalty! I was treated with music, a blanket, completely put at ease. Dr joe performed 2 fillings and a crown with no anesthesia!?! Who does that?? DR JOE! I visited Harris Dental a few months ago. The hygienist used a combination of scare tactics and bullying to push unnecessary procedures that my insurance company would not cover. They were pushing me to agree to $1,500 in scaling and root planning; even insisting I sign a "refused treatment" contract if I wouldn't schedule the required 4 or 5 additional appointments. If I actually needed such an invasive procedure, especially considering how ineffective studies have shown this treatment to be, it's available at other well qualified dentists for less than half the price quoted by Harris Dental. And they were so busy trying to "make the sale" that the hygienist tried to skip out on polishing my teeth as part of my regular check-up/cleaning. I will not be returning to Harris Dental and I suggest you shop around before agreeing to any over priced "deep cleaning". read more

I was in need of Major dental work and after dealing with couple of popular places locally as well out of state I always felt like they were more concerned on how to get the most cash out of me more so than taking pride in my smile. That has now changed Thanks to to Dr.Brian and his staff I am a person that not only was price a concern to me but I wanted someone that was professional and would take pride in what they do and most importantly do what is best for me. I was convinced I needed to get dental implants and was prepared to invest the time and money to make that live changing descion. I went to 5 other Dentist in the area to compare prices and to make sure this time I chose the right people for the job. The other places I looked at were more than happy to make it happen they took x-rays and gave me Quotes all around the same price none of them however I feel confidence in. Dr.Brian was the only one that gave me options and explained these options in detail. I chose to go with a bridge instead of implant which saved me time and money and I could not be happier. I HAVE SMILE AGAIN YEAAA!!!! The work that was performed was top notch and Dr.Brian even backs up his work(huge plus) if I have any issues in the future. I kid you not - when it comes to going to the dentist - my nerves get bad - and the terrible result of that caused neglect to my teeth and now I'll be spending thousands to get that beautiful smile back ... Anyways, I had an appointment last week - and I wasn't mentally ready for the work to start- which included a couple crowns and a few fillings .. Dr. Brain noticed my distressed . And his bed side manner was surperb . I was used to a dentist's manner being like .. Ready or not her we go .. Because I have other patients to tend to . Not Dr. Brian!! .. He told me to take my time ( to ease my nerves ) and he had all day to wait.. Now, I've never been treated so kindly by a dentist before. I have to agree with the varied comments below. I was a patient for several years. On a good note, the hygienists I have worked with were thorough and competent. I was happy with the quality of dental work performed by both father and son. However, the office really does have a car dealership feel to it. They always pushed for work I didn't feel I needed. My concerns were validated when I started seeing a new dentist who felt what Harris Dental recommended was unnecessary. Another thing that bothered me about this office was that both dentists were nice until I had a question or problem. They became condescending and acted like I was wasting their time. This was more the case with the father than the son. I would chose Dr. Brian over Dr. Joe if possible. Overall, the care was good, but I feel they cared more about taking my money than caring for me as a patient. I recommend going elsewhere. read more

As a relative newcomer to the Valley, I selected Harris Dental based on their reputation, and over the course of several visits for both routine hygiene as well as a cosmetic dentistry procedure, I have found that their reputation is well-deserved and worked-for by everyone in the office. This has been evidenced in every interaction I have had with anyone in the office, whether on the phone or in person, from the receptionists to the dentists themselves. Dr. Joe and Dr. Brian are warm and personable, skilled and efficient, but never rushed. Their passion and dedication to their profession felt singularly focused on me and understanding the outcome I was looking for with respect to repairing teeth damaged in an accident. Dr. Brian went far beyond anything I could have reasonably expected to repair the temporary crown I clumsily and thoughtlessly damaged on a Friday evening, meeting me at the office at 11 PM that same night (yes, 11 PM!) to patch me up for a charity event I was supposed to attend the following morning. Amazing level of service! Likewise, the hygenist I have seen through repeated cleanings has knowledgeably guided me back to healthy gums with extremely practical suggestions (namely, water flosser) after a few years deferred dental care due to multiple moves left me with sensitive, receeding gumlines. I'm releaved and excited to be back on track to a healthy smile with tangible, measureable results. Ultimately, I am very grateful to have found a dental provider that so clearly strives for excellence in every facet of the service they provide their clients. read more
