My grandmother (70+) years of age trusted them to install a new unit for her manufactured home. The crew installed the incorrect system that was made for a much smaller home and not able to perform at her homes square footage. As this awful heat came In and she quickly realized the issue Antoine gave her the run around. He told her it's her insulation or he was in the hospital or his crew wasn't ready.
