He basically dismissed my concerns. my son who is 22 has acne on his chest, back, and arms. He prescribed body wash and gel cream. Said it would probably take 12 weeks to show a difference, but then said to follow up in a month. Why? So he can see him for 5 minutes and charge us? Then when I got bills for our co-pays, I paid them only to get a new bill for both a month later. Both payments cleared my account before the new bill was issued. Now I've been trying to call the billing service for 3 days and it's always busy. I've called over 20 times and I can't get through. I hate this office!!! total incompetence!!!!!!

My recovery from the reduction was smooth. I don't know how he did it without me telling him, I am exactly what size I wanted my breasts to be. The caring bedside manner and his staff are amazing at what they do. The insurance paperwork, the instructions, and so diligent of the process were helpful. My only regret is that I didn't have this done sooner. Whatever procedures I have in the future will be with Dr. Pinksy. I have my life back with confidence and couldn't be any happier!!!

He showed me what he could do and the likely outcome if I had lower blepharoplasty (as I developed these bags under my eyes after having facial fillers). Dr. Deane provided me with information and did not push me at all to make a decision. He is very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with no reservations going into surgery. Dr. Deane and his staff were so kind and conscientious; from the office staff to the nurses and billing staff I felt well taken care of. Although I'm still healing I can already see the improvement. I'm tall, active, and muscular, albeit with a high %body fat and insulin resistance. At the weight he suggested for the "correct BMI" I would be uncomfortably thin. -I even tried to suggest alternative measurements to determine my surgical risk factors like A1C, Body fat%, Blood pressure, Cholesterol, etc, and he was completely dismissive. -I understand that BMI can indicate certain risk factors during surgery, especially if you're diabetic, have HBP, high cholesterol, etc, but he wasn't interested in assessing my health in the slightest.

It started with a miscommunication between the doctor and the office on surgery scheduling and the nurse was extremely rude to me when I already confirmed with the doctor. Second and more importantly, Dr. Dobranksy did not communicate or educate well AT ALL and had poor bedside manners when asked questions. I had a broken nose and showed a picture and was told (since going through INS and not cosmetic) that "the hardest thing to do is straighten a broken nose" but then said "I could do it though". I should have done more research myself, but naively thought I would be guided and educated by the doctor. He made my cry right before my surgery after showing a picture again, was so rude during my post op follow up/his nurse was EXTREMELY rude and my nose looked EXACTLY the same (nothing like the picture I showed where his words were exactly "I can get you to that"). He simply should have said, I can't do what you are asking for ... I felt scammed with his miscommunication, dishonesty and lack of education to the patient. I had surgery for no reason. His staff was extremely rude throughout a hard process (as it is dealing with your face) AND to top it off - they never called my medication in before surgery, he said there was no stitches on the outside of my face and after leaving I realized THERE WAS anddddd they didn't follow up ONCE post surgery...insane and terrible experience all around.
