When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". After a little personal investigation, I could not determine where the water was coming from. Luckily, I happened onto the telephone number for Botello Plumbing & Fixtures. They responded quickly to my service questions, and an appointment was made within a few days. The technician resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes after his arrival. The water had backed up through the pipes of the bathroom sink because of algae growth inside of the pipes. WoW! For me, this was a great value for the money that was spent by my family on this service call. I hate to imagine the cost of the damage to the flooring upstairs and to the ceiling on the first floor if Botello had not resolved the issue as quickly as they did.
