They have green tomatoes for fried green tomatoes!! WOO HOO! Awesome! They also have a great selection of allergy-friendly foods with fair prices! I love the produce and prepared food section! It was all neat and tidy, and so fresh! The checkout experience was just wonderful! Charlotte, the cashier, was friendly and professional as well as Jasmyne who bagged my groceries. I definitely will come back here when visiting VB. In addition, I have so much respect for the fact that this store has parking spaces for veterans. Harris Teeter has mad class! Update June 2023! Got a response from Harris Teeter! It's so nice to get responses when you take the time to give a great review/kudos! Good Afternoon! What a nice email! We are thrilled to hear from our customers who have had a great experience in our store. I will definitely pass along your comments to our senior management and make sure that Charlotte and Jasmyne receive special recognition for providing World Class service. Thank you for your praise and for choosing Harris Teeter! Sincerely, Amy Harris Teeter Customer Relations Reference: 3284024

    Ohio State Buckeyes Cookie Cake

The bakery here really went out of their way for me!!!! I ordered a cookie cake for the first Ohio State football game this year, I asked for "Ohio State" to be written on it, and to use the colors red and gray, if they could. When I picked it up today look at what they made me! Wow, it knocked my socks off! Turns out the gal that made it is from Ohio, I don't remember her name but wow! Made my whole week that they would do this!!! The cookie cake was also on sale this week and was $8!!! The next time I need a personalized baked item you can bet I'll be coming here! Thank you bakery team, you outdid yourselves!!!

This is a newer store opened early Spring. The box was formerly Farm Fresh. I've only picked up a few items, no experience with shopping since the change over. Find them in the Great Neck Square Shopping Center. Plenty of parking and it was clean. The walk up also debris free and they are selling great looking plants and flowers as you enter. My last visit was for a gift card. They have them up front. The cash register area was nice and clean. The store presents well is fresh. The store did not have much remodeling, but it really did not need it either. Checkout was no hassle and the clerk friendly. I also had an opportunity to talk with a female manager a few minutes. She was pleasant. With no other experience than front end and two visits I will say it was above average. 3.5, rounding up. Not getting the hate on here. The store is clean and staff nice.

I'm not here very often but they come through for me when I visit. Signs outside remind you to MASK UP and they have a disinfection station cart. The cart stated to disinfect/ wipe down the cart before and after use. I came to see if the in-store Starbucks had what I wanted. I then proceeded to purchase just few items. Experience was good as usual.

Brand new store and no NFC payments such as Apple Pay or similar payment options this is a shame... Store doors were open at 2pm, customers could walk in but not buy anything.. Store is slightly remodeled but not a huge improvement over the previous Farm Fresh which did allow Apple Pay and NFC payments.

Dried out excuse for chicken wings. Seasoning dumped on top carelessly.

Popped in for some chicken wings. When this place was a farm fresh the wings here were the bomb. Not at all now. The wings were disgustingly dried out excuses for food. I am shocked that anyone took any of these at all. I am sure they are sorry by now. The seasonings were simply dumped on the wings in the buffet steamers. The buffet pans were a mess. I asked the guy behind the glass and there was no care or remorse for the terrible state of the poultry offerings. The mac and cheese was a crusty light and dark blob of ugh. I took some snaps before leaving to go elsewhere. Normally HT is a higher end store, a real go to for quality... I was taken aback and will never return to this location again! I did not venture any farther into this store and cannot comment on anything else.

We have shopped here before when in Virginia Beach. Overall, this is a solid shop for wine and…read morebeer. The wine prices were pretty reasonable and Total Wine had many sales and promotions. We liked the beer selection too, but were hoping for a little more variety. (We are spoiled by having Binny's in Chicago where you can find any niche brand of beer you can think of!) I always like to have the local breweries represented, but I was hoping to see more of the local-flavor beers aside from the craft beers. We got the Narragansett Jaws edition 15 packs of lager, but wanted to see more of the National Bohemian's etc available. I always like to check out the brands only available in that area. I crave the weird brands that the grandpas used to drink!! On our visit we got too sample a few wines and the employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our wine and beer shop when in the area!

My friend and I attended a wine class at Total Wine last month and had a great time! The theme of…read morethe class was Sparkling Wine so we were able to taste a wide range of sparkling wine from dry champagnes to proseccos. With this being my first wine class at Total Wine, I was pleasantly surprised by the set up. They offered small bites, charcuterie style, for us to snack on during class and we sat at actual tables, ready to learn and enjoy the wine. Our instructor was amazing! He touched on the regions from which the grapes were produced as well as the different types of champagne and sparkling wine. We sampled about 8 different varieties of wine. Some I enjoyed, others not so much lol. Overall, it was a great event and for $20, you really can't beat it. Each month, there's a different theme so definitely head to the site and grab tickets to a class that interests you. You will not be disappointed!
