Haven't really needed air conditioning yet, but it's lovely to set the thermostats on the mini splits for heating and not have to use my big gas furnace, which is expensive and doesn't have a thermostat. The machines are very quiet and very efficient. Bobby & his team were very accommodating and worked really well with me and my two big dogs. The whole team is really sweet, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully, which I so appreciate. Price was reasonable and everything was very straightforward. They got the work done in two days. Their second technician was supposed to go to the property, inspect the system, and provide me with a written quote to repair the AC by replacing the condenser and evaporator coil . I was expecting professional follow-up and a clear written estimate so I could make a decision and get the AC repaired as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-up have been extremely poor. I have had to repeatedly contact the company instead of receiving the information that was promised. When a homeowner is dealing with a broken AC--especially at a rental property--timely communication and a written estimate are very important. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from an HVAC company. Based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed with Hassler Air Conditioning and the way this service request has been handled. They lost an $8,000 job that I was going to give them.
