My pontoon was damaged by another Marina customer while slipped at West cove Marina in June 2022…read more Owner David Kendall said he would take care of getting the boat repaired and dealing with the boat owner that hit our parked boat. The owner of the other boat admitted to driving into our parked boat and David Kendall has promised repeatedly to have the boat fixed. It is now Oct. 2023 and our boat has not been repaired and David Kendall and the boat owner that damaged our boat (David Koch) are not responding to emails or phone calls. Avoid this marina at all cost.

Horrible business with rude employees…read more - Initially I came by and they said I could start my reservation at 12:00PM. - I passed a 15 min course to learn that the boat is actually unavailable due to weather; - the guy at the cashier said -- "I'm uncomfortable putting you on a boat because there is an upcoming storm coming" - come back at 3pm. - I called them multiple times between 1:30-2:30 to find out if the weather is ok to rent a boat or not - nobody answered - at 345 a very angry man called me and demanded that I pay for the boat a full price. Very dishonest practice of doing business. Horrible cancelation policy and borderline fraudulent enterprise. I lost $300 despite being told by an employee that it's unsafe for me to take a boat tour: I'll be reporting them to multiple government agencies and will be seeking remedies. Very unfair and dishonest. Avoid at all cost.
