We had such an amazing experience. Out of all the times we have came this was the best visit out of all of them. A new employee started and was the sweetest kindest gentleman there. He went out his way to get our whole table a refill, picked up dirty dishes, and when he was handed a tip for himself he proceeded to place it into the tip jar to split with the rest of the employees. When we proceeded to head out the restaurant he followed us and we believed we forgot something but he just wanted to open the doors to the truck so we could get in. He stayed holding the door till we were seated and buckled in and proceeded to tell us to have a nice day. This is what I call having amazing customer service. read more

I've been going to Harry's Cafe for 2 months now. Every time I go, I get the Harry's Burger Special and the Chili Cheese Fries. Every time I order, the food comes in minutes and mass quantities( which I like because I can have food for later ) Today I went in. Very crowded which Is good for business. I ordered the Chili Cheese Fries. I waited 30 minutes for some COLD, BLAND, And the food got served on a TINY PLATE! Today wasn't a good day to go. I'm saddened to give this place 3 stars. I would've loved to give a 5 star review. Not recommended if it's crowded. Food is rushed and flavorless. Had to douse my food with ketchup and hot sauce to even eat it. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! FOOD IS GOOD! been there many times and tried something different just about every time, and never been disappointed. Love the salads, huge salads! Actually all their portions are good. PRICES ARE GREAT! When the whole group gets together we total 6 and have never paid more than $45 in my book that's crazy cheap. THE EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME!!! Came in here early one morning absolutely starving, I went through the drive-through and left with an incredibly horrid sausage and egg breakfast. I just can't understand why fewer and fewer restaurants are able to just make decent food. I didn't need anything gourmet or spectacular I wasn't looking for asiago avocado eggs Benedict, I just wanted a simple breakfast that tasted good. This place was not bad. Pretty clean with good service. They even come to your table to refill your drinks. The restroom was not the best and the food was hot but again nothing to rave about. A good place to stop and get a hot meal at a reasonable price. Just don't expect too much as it is not a full service restaurant. read more

We went in for dinner and the place was empty so we thought ok it shouldn't take long. 20 minutes later I got my burger and the patty was as hard as a rock. Love this place. Great portions great prices. For a "burger joint" I rate it higher then the average. Good friendly fast service. They have a large menu lots to choose from. Horrible service, stayed at the ordering window for 10 minutes calling the person over the intercom to see if anyone was there. After several attempts to place an order i then have to wait in the drive thru line behind ONE car for almost 20 minutes. As i get too the window i tell them no one took my order i was greeted by absolute garbage customer service and then FINALLY placed my order but then they told me to wait on the side for "5 minutes" while they make my food and i see everyone behind me waiting at the window for their orders. I went there today, and I had high expectations due to the large crowds, but it was not good at all. I ordered a veggie omelet, but it was almost inedible. It was overcooked, covered in processed cheese, and stuffed full of more cheese. And even with all the cheese and veggies it didn't even taste good. I had a few bites and had to stop. I ordered hash browns with it, and they were stale and flavorless. My boyfriend ordered a burger and fries, and he thought they were okay, but I'd rather not go back. In my opinion they should have given the salad and refund all of our food since it was a pretty miserable dinner since I just got off work and people felt uncomfortable to eat without me but they didn't want their food to be cold either. One of my favorite items on their menu is the Greek chicken salad. A couple of weeks ago as I was finishing my salad I noticed a little spider on the bottom of the tray. I let it go because my brother made a point saying it came from the lettuce and how it was fresh and "blah blah blah". I shouldn't have listened because today I decided to go again and found a huge moth in it. I'm done with this place. I Order the chicken tenders meal which had to come with 3 pieces fries and drink, but when I received my order there was two full pieces and a tiny piece of chicken not even half so I told the waitress and she was very nice said oh yeah sorry let me fix that she took it back and then came back with the same plate same piece and said oh sorry they said that's how it comes, I said what do you mean look at the image it's supposed to be 3 full pieces long story short when I went up there to tell them, the guy started talking so rude and yelling telling me all kinds of things,super rude. Great food here. I've been passing by this place for years on my way to work every day. Decided to finally stop by here on my way home, because the hunger was just too real and I had to do something about it. Place is a pretty standard looking diner, place is well kept, booths are nice. Nothing really stand out, it's a nice place to eat and a pretty safe bet to take a friend or date out for a meal. These types of diners are pretty common in this area, it's not hard to find a place with a similar menu in the Inland Empire. First thing that I noticed that sets this place apart from similar places like Farmer Boys, Bravo Burgers, etc. is the service. Service was very cool and conversational, I ordered the Harry's specialty burger and the guy taking my order said "You must be hungry, you gotta be for a burger like this". Friendly guy, I didn't feel a fake vibe like I do from other places. Service was pretty quick, even during lunch hours, my food came out very quick and piping hot. Like I said before, I ordered the Harry's Specialty Burger, which is a double bacon cheeseburger with freshly cut avocado on it. Extra points for the avocado being sliced fresh and placed on my burger, similar places that offer that usually spread a thin layer on my burger. They put about half an avocado in there. That burger was seriously really huge, I would have taken a picture of it if I didn't attack it immediately after seeing it. For the price range, it's definitely one of the better burgers that I've eaten around the area in terms of taste and portions. I thought it was cool that they offered pina colada bang/orange bang at the drink fountains. Usually that's something not offered at the soda fountains, you normally have to ask someone behind the counter to fill up your cup. It's a bit unrelated to the review but if you haven't tried any of these whipped sodas before, you owe it to yourself to at least try it once. Not as many places offer that drink, which I don't understand because it's pretty good. They also gave me an epic amount of onion rings with my burger. They pretty much filled the rest of my plate with onion rings, it was a crazy amount of food for something that cost about nine bucks in combo form. Obviously, that's around the high end for a meal there, they offer some pretty good specials too. I'll definitely check them out next time I come here. I feel that I definitely got my money's worth when I came here. I'd give the place 4.5 stars if Yelp would let me. The only thing that I didn't really like about my burger was the fact that they used shredded lettuce in their burgers. Shredded lettuce doesn't really do it for me, it ends up making an already messy burger into a bigger mess. You end up getting a lot of lettuce on your plate when you're done with your burger. I don't really like that, but some people don't mind that and some people are like me and swear by leafy lettuce. It's a pretty good diner. Food was good, service was quick and friendly and definitely worth your money. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the mood for a big greasy meal. It was my friend's first time here and a "waitress" spilled ranch all over her. Shoes, pants, shirt, purse, phone, FACE, pretty much every where. And when I say spilled I mean DRENCHED!!! And all she did was attempt to clean it up and said "Sorry." as if it was nothing! Not even an "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry about that, is there anything I can get you?" My 1 star isn't based on the food at all. They do have good food if that's what you're looking for. They are receiving a 1 star for making me wait outside when they had only a couple inside waiting. Leaving more than enough space. I sat down at a table that wasn't marked out so I was well more than the required 6ft away. I was told to do wait outside in the cold for my food when someone was sitting inside eating what wasn't an employee. I could even hear the person make a "that's ridiculous" noise since I was observing all of the laws and they were just being rude. The person eating there wasn't being rude. The staff making me sit outside for no reason we're the ones being rude. So again if you want good food with people who will be rude come on down to this particular Harry's cafe. read more

Food was....bleh. Got my son's egg order wrong and what they brought out looked like slime...we ordered scrambled. Can't mess that up. The restaurant has that sticky, musty feel to it. What REALLY bothered me was every single sauce/condiment bottle had a nasty, faded, peeled, old label on it. Not good. Pretty sure that's not even allowed in food handling. I will never go back. The new owner is very rude. It seems like she gets mad if u have a complaint and acts rude. I went with my family yesterday and my son n husband ordered Ham breakfast plate. The ham taste sour it was going bad so he didn't want to eat it. They didn't bring us the toast or any napkins. I had to get up and tell them. They brought out almost when we were leaving. I told the server and I asked for a refund on my husbands breakfast plate. She rudely respond he ate almost everything. I look at the plate n the only thing he ate was the scramble eggs n some of the hash browns. The hash browns were little burned. And as I mentioned the toast got there super late so obviously he didn't touch them at all. So all they did was packed another disgusting Ham to go. The food is good. I have been here twice and enjoyed my breakfast. Service is ok to good. The only issue I had was on my second visit I had to get up and approach my waitress for coffee as she had been chatting with a second waitress for some time by the drink dispenser. Okay, I love my potatoes and I don't mind having some dumped in the bag along with my food. I do on the other hand have a problem with getting my food and there being so many fries that EVERYTHING in it was soggy from the grease. I got a Pattie melt and I couldn't even eat it because the grease had soaked through the wrapper and was basically a soggy bread cheese mess. Everything was so over powered with grease it tasted like old food. Harry's cafe could not accommodate and said fountain drinks only well my son doesn't drink carbonated drinks so I said forget we don't need a drink. For myself I ordered scrambled eggs with hash brown and sausage. When I opened my meal right away it was unappealing hash brown was burnt in some spots so was black and potatos. My sausage on this plate were so over cooked and dried I was disappointed. My husband ordered a bacon burrito he also didn't like his burrito. We got salsa on the side and boy did that salsa taste bad/weird. They get one star because my 5 year old son didn't complain about his grilled cheese and fries. Also the dasher when she was trying to get me an apple juice or orange juice when picking up my food said the workers were rude.
