Visited with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day! Service was great even though it was a busy night…read moredue to the holiday. We loved the decorations in the restaurant too, seeing all the local dog portraits on the wall while we were waiting for our table was enjoyable. The food was incredible. We recently moved to Exton and haven't really gotten a chance to spoil ourselves, and White Dog was a great place to do so. We started with the Mushroom Soup, Oysters, and Artisan Cheese Board. All were delicious! One of the things I loved most were the portion sizes. For the price it was only a touch expensive, but for good reason, the entrees were delicious. My girlfriend got the Salmon, I had the Seafood Bucatini, and textures were masterful. The contrast between the tenderness of the shrimp/scallops and the broccoli rabe/parmesean crisps made each bite a truly special experience. I'm going to be dreaming of how light yet flavorful the sauce was too!! The GF is telling me to stop typing but I could go on and on about this meal. Thank you!!! We will be back

As is typical for restaurants owned by Fearless, the service is absolutely abysmal and everything…read moreis more expensive than it should be. I'm really not sure how they manage to find so many people who are completely indifferent to their jobs spread over such a large area. We arrived right on time for our reservation and checked in with the hostess. The place was 3/4 empty so seating should have been fast, but she ignored us, fiddling with her computer for 4 minutes before bothering to pick up menus and lead us to a table... in the bar. The waiter was nice, but he was never around when we needed him and it took 15 minutes after us being seated before he even asked us about food. At one point my daughter needed to use the restroom but we didn't know where it was. I couldn't see the waiter, so I walked up to the bar, only to have the three people there ignore us, even though one was looking right at us. Bill was over $300 for three people. 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 3 drinks, a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card, and 5 separate people who didn't seem to care about their customers. Ridiculous.

Eh. Was really looking forward to a hot dog joint other than Five Guys in the area. Most of the…read moredogs were good. Could have used more of a good hard fry in my opinion. The onions weren't really sautéed as much as I like either. The beans and mac were unfortunately some of the most flavorless sides I've had in a long time. The beans almost had a sour taste. If you are used to Bush's Baked Beans these aren't it for you. Tenders were ok and thank goodness the tots were right. Other than that I'll probably continue my search for a good local hot dog joint.

They picked a perfect spot in Bristol Borough that they seemed to have partnered with Naked Brewing on. If you have kids the downstairs area is ok, but with live music I had to take my son upstairs to preserve our hearing! We found parking in the large municipal lot behind the building. Upstairs we found cozier seating at a high top table with service. Downstairs I believe you have to walk up to the bar or just sit at the bar for service. I also don't believe the full beer menu is available downstairs. The menu is full of tempting toppings and styles with your choice of regular/footlong dogs, hot sausage or kielbasa. I had a hot sausage with pepper hash and coleslaw. It had a snappy skin, decent heat and was delicious when paired with the sweet coleslaw and pepper hash. My friend ordered frank and tots and reported it to be delicious and filling. My son had a regular dog and we all shared a big pretzel with beer cheese. I had an IPA named Thank Frank that was about average for a West Coast style IPA and my pal had a couple of their darker offerings that he wasn't impressed with. Our server was nice and gave a great recommendation to add the pepper hash. She wasn't the fastest at coming to check on our beers so we bailed. I had one and she never asked if I wanted another and never refilled our waters. Prices weren't too bad. I would definitely return for some more of the interesting creations on the dawg menu, but the brews are really nothing special. Good solid time here and kid friendly, not so great service or beer.
