I would recommend you stay away from this service. Very rude and concerning behavior from the owner. When I complained they weren't showing up in the time window they promised, she said refused to apologize or do anything about it and did not offer a refund for coming in to my home earlier then I was paying for. What made me have to completely stop using the service is much worse. They misinterpreted the clear schedule and instructions I gave them and came into my home on the wrong day. When they called me to ask where my dog is and I told them they weren't suppose to walk that day, she literally yelled at me repeatedly. This is them coming in to my home on the wrong day and yelling at me for it, instead of apologizing. Their excuse was they sent me an invoice with different days. That is still their fault for showing up on the wrong days when I sent a very clear calendar and instructions. It wouldn't have been a big deal at all if they justapologized, but no. She continued to tell at me and told me to get a new walker. I said gladly! Don't trust these people in your home with your pets. read more

The Pet Granny is so awesome! If you love your fur babies like they really are your children - this is one of the best services you could ever provide them to ensure they're healthy, happy and have had potty breaks while you're away. The Pet Granny has helped me in so many ways -- from loving on our boys, Jackson (Italian Greyhound) and Lincoln (Doberman Pinscher) during midday visits to making sure they're feeling okay when they're sick, to saving our house from being flooded when one of our pipes froze. I'm not sure what I would do if I didn't have them around! They provide an excellent, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service. I cannot say enough about the quality of care Ree provides! We had five dogs, all with special needs and quirks, when we started using The Pet Granny's services. Rhee took it all in stride. Pick up my dog from the vet and care for him after surgery? No problem. Protect my chihuahua from his own bad choices with our other, bigger dogs? No problem. Two dogs start having stress-related digestive problems because they miss us? Off to the vet, no problem. Last-minute trip come up? No problem, just call Ree! Ree goes the extra mile, and her judgement calls are totally in step with mine. I can be on vacation, out-of-touch while crossing the Atlantic on a cruise or in the next state, and I know my babies are in good hands. My dog has been enjoying nooner walks with The Pet Granny for 6 months now. The only question I have is why I didn't call Ree sooner. The walks are a great for Winnie, and the service is amazing. Communication is always excellent, and they are willing to work with me on any special requests. I know that having midday walks makes Winnie's day a lot brighter. My wife and I couldn't live without Pet Granny and have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. I often work from home but I also travel several days out of the month while my wife works longs hours. On the days I travel, it isn't fair for our dogs to go 10+ hours without a break or human interaction. Pet Granny and her team are 110% reliable and have never let us down on a scheduled day - even on late notice! Her team is very prompt and always show up at the times we require them, which is between 2 and 3PM. During my work from home days (when Pet Granny is not scheduled), I will notice our dogs waiting by the front door at about the time one of the grannies is scheduled to arrive. The Pet Granny's services have been wonderful. We have 2 cats and sometimes have to travel for a period of time. Ree would send us daily pics of the kitties and when we would come home they were much more relaxed. I wanted to love this company because of the reviews but I can't. I absolutely hated it. They never sent me updates on if they were there or if they had left or were even coming. I always had to text them to verify that they even came and for pictures. One time they even sent me a picture of the wrong dog. They make you pay for all walks before they even have the walks. So I had booked a month and a half of walks then realized two weeks in I wouldn't need the last walk. They can't refund you once they charge you they told me it would just be a credit. I haven't used their service since and don't plan to. So they got paid for an extra free walk that I canceled a month ahead of time. They still have my keys. They haven't tried to reach out or anything. Plus they take forever to reply like days to weeks!!! read more

Pet Owner: I want to share some of my experiences over the past few years with Pet Grannies. I moved to Dallas 3 years ago with my 100lb American bulldog, Oscar. I had used pet sitters in the past, all of them were good and I never had any issues. However, there is something very unique and special the Pet Grannies offer, more than just a 30-minute potty break. When Oscar and I first got to Dallas, my job required I be in the office 5 Day's a week. Oscar's a pretty big dog and needs to be exercised throughout the day. I interviewed Ree and immediately chose the nooners club service. The nooners club is a 15-30 minute walk 5 days a week at a very reasonable rate. I was just glad to have someone walking my dog so he could get some exercise during the day but didn't expect much else. However, the first day Granny Ree came for a visit, I received a video text message. The video showed Oscar so excited as Ree talked to Oscar in that "happy voice" we all talk to our dogs in. She let me know how Oscar was doing, changed his water, gave a treat, and most important, you could tell the love and attention Oscar was getting. Over the months I raved to my family and friends about Oscar's Grannies. I showed the videos to family and friends and they all agreed the care Oscar was getting was above and beyond. Soon enough, my cousin who also lives in Dallas also signed up with the pet grannies for their dog and feels the same way I do. Over the past three years, I have utilized most all of their services. From emergency calls, to business travel, picking up dog food, and even transporting Oscar to a family member's home for me when I was away on business. The pet grannies have shown me over the past few years that they really do love animal's and understand how important it is for owners to know their animals are well taken care of. My dog Oscar is getting a bit older (13) and they know how much I love my dog. A few weeks ago Oscar had minor surgery and everything turned out great. However, before I took him they asked if I need any help, someone to go with me, or anything at all to just call. After Oscar was home for a day or two Tricia called because she was worried and wanted to see how he was doing and if I needed anything. Recently I found out that my job is relocating me back to Florida. I can't say enough things about the Pet Grannies. However, the bottom line is, if you are like me, and think of your animals as part of the family make sure to give the Pet Grannies a call. You will be very happy you did.
