He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. Well, things finally started getting dodgy and I got an abcessed tooth. I remembered seeing Dr. Hamilton's ad in the Banner Gazette, so I gave her office a call. They promptly gave me an appointment and Dr. Hamilton diagnosed and started treating my absess and determined what other pressing issues were on the horizon. She helped me prioritize everything and PAINLESSLY got me back on the path to great dental health. The nicest thing about Dr. H is that she doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you. I have a friend whose dentist has convinced her that all of her old fillings needed replacement. The other thing that I love about Dr. Hamilton and her staff is that they are very gentle with you and do whatever is needed to make sure you're not in any discomfort. They also really care. I returned 10 weeks later with discomfort and the first thing he ask the assistance was " when was the last time I had a cleaning". She told him 10 weeks ago. He then proceeded to tell me this time that I needed 4 crowns and proceeded to drill out the silver fillings of 2 other teeth that I wasnt bothering me along with the one that was. He had his staff fill 3 teeth with composite fillings and the technician kept getting cramps in her hands. 1 week after 1 of the teeth that was filled started hurting I visited an Endodontist at which time needed a root canal. I had received an explanation of benefits in the meantime. I decided to go to a different dentist and get a crown on that tooth. When I showed her the explanation of benefits that show the crowns that Dr Kangs office had submitted , she said that one of those teeth already had a crown and it was fine. She did place a crown on tne tooth that just had a root canal. Which wasn't one of the teeth his office had submitted For a crown. i have been in discomfort from day one and I'm still in the process of getting those other 2 teeth that the silver fillings were drilled out and replaced with composite fillings redone because of constant discomfort. I've known other people who have had botched dental procedures from the technicians in this office.

They as a family live near the practice and they love their children. There have been times when by no fault of my own or theirs that some crowns had to be remade. They are expensive but what dental work isn't. I asked why they didn't have a higenisist and they advised they find better results if they do their own cleanings. I have never had issues. Reading some of the other comments may have been fair criticism but on the flip side they are people too. Friendly interaction is acceptable. And we only have 1 side of the story from the other clients. I have never felt like I was being ignored or could not approach them about any issues. I tell them what is going on and they investigate and fix the issue. Would highly recommend them.
