They couldn't locate the bus driver the first 2 hours and then claimed later that he had a flat tire (seems to happen very often with this company judging by all the other negative reviews). We had to cancel the dinner we scheduled with our camp site and had to prepare dinner for the kids ourselves on a very short notice. The new bus that they sent was in horrible shape and the driver was not a safe nor proficient driver. He kept checking his gps and swerved off the road several times... What's worse was that on the way back to church we got the same driver, but this time he brought his ENTIRE FAMILY with him (his wife and kids). The driver and his wife got into some spousal dispute on the ride back to church and it was not very pleasant. The company is incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. And I hope no one else has to deal with their incompetence like we had to.

BUT, the way it was handled by the driver and the lack of response from the company afterward was a HUGE PROBLEM. The driver fought with other vendors, the owner of the venue, some of the guests. She kicked everyone off the shuttle and complained for a good 30 min before calling the company. It was late at night so I think she had problems contacting someone. Finally, she got someone and they said they'd be at the venue with another shuttle in 30 min. They never showed. My guests shuttled each other to the parking lot themselves. I was in my wedding dress conducting traffic and trying to keep the shuttle driver in the shuttle and out of the way. On top of all of this, the shuttle was about 1 hour late arriving that afternoon. I do not recommend this company. Tip to brides out there: ask your shuttle company what their back up plan is if something happens to the shuttle - like a flat tire.

We were unsure of the size we would need by the time we had our group's headcount. Gene was very flexible and allow up to upgrade if needed. We ended up going with a 35 passenger executive bus. It was very clean and comfortable. All seats had seatbelts. The Dispatch was easy to work with. We had our driver's name and contact number the evening before pick up. Our drive, Alexander, was excellent, easy to contact (between stops) and very patient with our loading/unloading. We definitely plan to use them again for our next excursion. They charged me right away, and confirmed through email one month in advanced and also the previous day to pick up. They also confirmed through text one hour before pick up (just when my family landed). Just when they were supposed to pick them up with two vans they called to to cancel. Unbelievable. No reasons why. Then I started calling all transportation companies I could think of until I reach Modern Transportation. No one would do last minute transportation except them and for a reasonable price. Also when my family arrived to SD they told me the drivers were really nice and the SUVs very comfortable. Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip.
