It took 20 minutes just to receive two Cokes and two sweet teas. Our appetizers took another 30 minutes after that. We didn't even receive our actual meals until about an hour and a half into the experience. What made it even more frustrating was the amount of staff visibly gathered throughout the restaurant laughing, gossiping, and socializing instead of helping customers. It genuinely felt like customer service was the least important thing happening there. The final straw was the restroom situation. The "family restroom" might as well be renamed the employee restroom. My husband and daughter stood waiting while employees continuously went in and out as if it were reserved for staff use only. Then when I entered the women's restroom, it felt more like walking into a high school hallway than a restaurant bathroom. Multiple groups of female employees were gathered inside laughing and gossiping, blocking the space, and after waiting several minutes I realized many of them weren't even waiting for stalls -- they were simply hanging out in the restroom. To top it all off, the food itself was subpar at best. Our steaks were overcooked, and the appetizers tasted like they had been sitting under heat lamps for far too long before ever reaching our table. Every concern, question, or complaint we brought up was met with irritation or complete nonchalance instead of any attempt to correct the situation. Needless to say, our family will NOT be returning to this location.

First, let me express my gratitude of their staff seating my party of 14 quickly after church during a seemingly busy time for them. Our server was amazing! He was prompt, attentive and engaging. I believe his name was Jason, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately, the food fell flat for us. I had the Honey Pepper Salmon and it was very overcooked. At one point, I had to use a knife to cut it. My daddy had a brunch skillet that specifically mentioned being smothered with a sausage gravy. It didn't come with a gravy and the chef said they no longer offered the gravy on that dish. His skillet was very dry and lackluster. My daughter had the Filet Mignon and Cheesy Omelet, to which she believed she was going to be served steak and an omelet. She ended up just eating the steak out of the omelet and was still hungry. Had the description been more detailed, she would have opted to order a steak. Hopefully the chef will make some adjustments to the menu and the depth of flavor to offer the quality of food they used to be known for. Even having sub-par food, I will continue to patron Harvey's because of the extraordinary service! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you will feel the hospitality! Finally had a night out with my spouse . Communicated with the waiter that i had a red meat allergy( anaphylactic ) when i ordered . I ordered the lemon pepper chicken with a house salad. Salad came with bacon which i sent back!! New salad was made so no harm. I then communicated again to the waiter more clearly about the allergy. My lemon chicken had been dropped on the grill next to the steaks so they them cooked me another chicken breast in the oven! Tasted like cardboard covered in way to much lemon pepper! Not a good experience. Told the waiter and he obviously did not communicate it with his manager! not an enjoyable meal at all and paid full price. Did not eat my main course! We usually enjoy eating at Harveys but this was Not one of those times. read more

Terrible food I got prime rib no flavor bake potato was cold and not done wife got marinated ribeye it's tasted bad her potato was also cold and under cooked got 2 draft beers told the server it was skunk tasting didn't care only came to the table to take order and I had to stop her about the beer then we didn't see her till I had to stop her for the check my bill was 70$ for the worst meal I have ever had and they used to be good that's why we went there date of service 5/22/2021 I would not advice anyone go there they didn't try to make it right after we brought up are problem she acted like she was too busy and the place was empty read more

Absolutely love this place! Kristen makes an amazing Sangria. Absolutely perfect, every single time! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Love to go early on Saturdays and chit chat with Kristen and Jonathan at the bar before they get slammed with the dinner rush. You can get all dressed up or go as casual as you like, you won't be treated any differently than anyone else. Their customer service is spot on. I never have to really ask for anything. They anticipate what I'm going to need before it even crosses my mind. Try the pimento crawfish with the chips (Thanks Chaslyn ) and the Mississippi pound cake (Thanks Victoria)! read more

Great dining experience. Assistant manager Amy Thomas and waitperson Olga insured that we were pampered through the dining experience. Both the filet and prime rib were scrumptious. While the wine selection of my wife was not available the alternative suggest was equally as good. We were just passing through Tupelo and followed each the suggestions of trip advisor confirmed by yelp and he a great meal with great service. Thanks Amy and Olga for a great Harvey's experience. I am from Florida, but a local friend recommended this restaurant. I got the marinated ribeye based on the server's advice. i didn't think I would like it, but it was delicious! The mashed potatoes tasted a little bit "instant", but the broccoli bites appetizer was yummy. I would definitely come back. The service was outstanding. Adrian was attentive, friendly and really tried to figure out what we would enjoy. It's hard to get good service these days. She was great! read more
