Went to Higher Leaf in Kirkland to get some gummies to help me sleep. I asked about getting a…read moremedical card and was given all the things I needed to do - go to a website, pay a fee, have an interview by an MD, follow the instructions, and receive the form from them giving me authorization. And after I received the form, I was told at Higher Leaf, to just bring it in Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 12 to 3. So getting the form worked pretty well, but then when I brought it in to Higher Leaf at 12:00 am on a Monday, they said I needed an appointment. I said " they didn't tell me that" and that I was just to bring the form in M-W-F 12 to 3. They wanted to argue and argue, even the manager just wants to argue and argue and do everything they can to be absolutely unhelpful without giving any suggestions. Horrible customer service. Don't go to this place because if they can't get the Medical card process right, they surely can't get being a reliable supplier right either. I'm convinced that a pretty woman would have gotten in-like-Flint. Avoid Higher Leaf in Kirkland - horrible horrible customer service.

I've suffered in pain everyday of my life since. While visiting Higher Leaf, Stefan and Eric gave me encouragement and so much knowledge based on the products they offered for pain relief. I wanted so badly to leave a 5 star review but after walking to my car and attempting to use the product that I purchased to rub onto my skin, upon opening it was broken apart and fell out onto my seats and clothing. I immediately went back into the store and explained to another employee (Randy) what happened and he made me feel terrible about requesting a new one and even said I should put it in the refrigerator next time after purchasing and even came across as if he could care less about exchanging. He then walked to the back and never came back and I ended up waiting and another employee (Stefan) approached me and asked me if I was waiting for something. I explained what happened and he stepped up and explained what happened was unacceptable and did everything in his power to allow me to know that was not the standard at Higher Leaf. Due to this, I'm still not sure I'll go back again but I definitely still appreciate Stephan and Eric making my visit a great one outside of the unfortunate situation with Randy.
