We were a little concerned about the leak so we reached out to our home insurance provider for help. After making a request for service we were paired with Paradigm Roofing. Ryan Bridges our point of contact reached out to us and was very prompt about setting a schedule to come out to see the leak. Ryan came out to our home on Christmas morning to do his assessment. He was quite friendly and explicitly clear about what he intended to do. I also particularly liked that he was genuinely conversational. During his visit Ryan did a thorough assessment of the damage both internally and externally. Earlier in 2024 we had experienced very heavy hail and we had damages that we were unaware of. Ryan's assessment provided details of all these damages including the primary reason we had requested service. At the end of his visit Ryan took the time to explain to us exactly what he had observed. He talked us through the next steps in the process and talked about what he intended to put in his report to our insurance provider. In the days that followed Ryan was very diligent about keeping us informed about his report and his communication with the insurance company. We really appreciated his soft touch since we were both very concerned about the cost of the repairs. After Ryan got word from the insurance pending their review of his report, he set up an in person meeting so he could walk us through everything. Ryan's preferred approach is to speak in person and he would drive almost 40 miles from his office to our home to come speak with us. This happened on several occasions. Ryan always provided detailed documentation and walked us through the figures for the scope of work, the different approaches and expected results. This level of detail made my wife and I feel very secure and sure about the decisions we were about to make. Before starting work on the roof we needed approvals from our HOA and needed to submit several documents specific to the scope of work. Ryan as always was keen and prompt in preparing those documents and getting them to us in a timely manner to file our application. Like the insurance report, we were approved immediately without any issues questions or concerns by our HOA. Ryan and his team were true to their word and schedule every step of the way. On the day of the repairs they promised to be at the house at the break of dawn and true to word they were. The team explained everything that was going to happen. They discussed safety and how they planned to approach everything and kept us informed every step of the way. They were also always available if we had questions. As promised the completed the full replacement of our roof along with all clean up on the same day. The entire service provided by Paradigm Roofing was truly exemplary! This was the best service I'd experience of this nature as a home owner ever! They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.

Do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their work. My husband and I bought a house and…read morewere told it was getting a new roof with a 25 year warranty. After two years, the roof started to leak and the company was called out. The owner accepted no responsibility for the leaks and told my husband that they were due to squirrels on our roof. So my husband did some minor fixes to hopefully alleviate the leaks. A few months later when it rained very heavily, the leak got worse. We called an emergency roofer to come out and apply a temporary fix. He explained that the problem was due to installation mistakes from Peacock Roofing and that since the roof was under warranty, we should call them to fix it. So we did. Again, the owner came out and accepted no responsibility for the leaks claiming it was the siding or piping he "didn't know". We know it was the installation of the shingles because when the emergency roofer came out and fixed it temporarily, the leak stopped. The owner of Peacock Roofing then explained that the warranty didn't cover repairs because it was not in our name (even though we went into Escrow two days before the roof was put on and the roofing company was made aware of that). The owner said he would not fix the roof for free and suggest we find a new roofer. So again I tell you, STAY AWAY! The owner is not knowledgeable or personable and God help you if your roof leaks because it'll be everyone's fault but theirs. Update: as you can see by the owner's comments, he accepts no responsibility for his work. Not only that, but you can tell by his poor grammar and punctuation mistakes that my husband and I are not dealing with a well-educated man. What's interesting to me is the lies he is trying to tell to cover up the fact that he did shoddy work. The sealant issue he is talking about with squirrels chewing the roof came from another leak we pointed out back in July. That area of the roof is much lower than the area where the leak is coming from. My husband did not use tar, but sealant at the suggestion of Barry himself. Also, the lie about the contract for the house being submitted way after the roof was put on? I attached pictures of the executed date of our contract. It shows May 5th, and the I've also attached the receipt for the roof which shows May 7th. Barry lied to us on October 8th when he came out claiming that he had no knowledge of the house being sold. The roof was paid for using a check from the realtor. As you can see from the signature on the receipt, Barry was well aware that the house was being sold. If my husband and I are so "off base" with these outlandish claims, then I'm confused as to why the Better Business Bureau has placed Peacock Roofing on pre-suspension pending a formal investigation? We asked for a complete roof inspection to be done by a separate roofing company who found $1800 worth of issues that need to be fixed due to poor installation from Peacock Roofing. Perhaps now you will see that this company cannot be trusted and will do everything in their power to lie their way out of fixing their work.
