WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!…read more I took my bridesmaid dress in to get hemmed on Tuesday. I told him i needed it by Friday morning as I was leaving for Chicago for a wedding. He agreed it could be ready by 11:30 Friday, which was later than I preferred but I understood it was short notice so I accepted that. I came to pick it up at 11:15 and he had not started it. He originally said it wouldn't be ready until 2 and I told him that was not acceptable. He rushed to get it ready by 12:15- I had to go home and come back. Then whe I get there he tells me he only takes cash so I have to leave to go to the atm and come back once more. He claims he told me it was cash only but he did not. Then after all is said and done (no discount offered for the trouble) there is a big stain on my dress and when I bring it up to him he does not take responsibility for it! I clearly explained how I needed them to fit and even told them ahead of time that if extra fabric needed to be added, I was completely okay with that. Unfortunately, it felt like my concerns were ignored. When I got the items back, they still did not fit properly at all, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for alterations in the first place. For the amount I paid -- especially with the added rush fee -- I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and results. I understand alterations can be difficult, but I would have appreciated honesty if the changes couldn't realistically be done the way I asked. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I don't feel like my requests were listened to.

To hem the dress, she took scissors and just cut the bottom of the dress off, losing the delicate trim and leaving an unfinished hem of cut lace. Terrible experience. I literally unzipped the case in the parking lot, took the comforter out and threw the case away. Too bad, we like to keep the comforters in the zipper case until we use them. It's not a huge problem, but it's just really gross. And what doesn't make sense to me is that ours was the only one on the floor, the rest were on shelves and there was plenty of shelf space - enough for 10 comforters. Why? Ugh! Truly, when I took the comforter out of the case, it doesn't even seem like it had been cleaned. Seeing how they treat things, I will NOT return.

Without a second thought, Tatiana opened the shop for us, helped us pick a dress off the rack (which was better than anything we could have found in store or online) and she immediately began fitting my mom and adjusting what needed to be hemmed. I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute.
