I called first thing in the morning and they said they had an opening and would be out late morning. Never was I told that this was considered an after hours/emergency call. It was a weekday at 9 am. They came out and like I said they were extremely friendly. They were here about 45 minutes and were done. When I received the bill in the mail it showed that I was charged their normal $120 for an hour of work then an extra $60 for a half hour of travel time?? And finally another $60 fee for same day service. ($240 just to come by). I called to verify this and in fact they said oh they should of told you when you called that we charge for travel time and same day service. I just wish they were upfront with those costs when I called to schedule an appointment. I in no way was in an emergency situation. I would use them again if I needed but I definitely will go over all the costs for them to show up.

No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.
