I've been here several times and thought that it was decent because it is close by to my house. I called ahead of time to ask if I was able to go in for either gel manicure or dip powder and the lady on the phone said that they were free and to go in at that time. When I got there, the waiting area was full of customers waiting in line. I asked the lady how long did I have to wait because I called earlier, and she told me not to worry because it wasn't going to take long. I WAITED FOR ONE HOUR before someone was able to assist me. I don't think it's fair for the workers to tell the customers to go in immediately and say that there's no wait when I'm reality, there is about an hour wait. People have busy lives with work and school!! Be honest if customers have to wait instead of trying to make them stay and lying about the wait times. When I was getting the dip powder done, the lady seemed very rushed to getting my nails done because there was still a long wait. She accidentally grinned my cuticle too hard and I pulled my hand away because of the pain. Not sure if I would come back even if it is conveniently close by. read more

I wasn't going to give a review, but why not? I was very excited to try this new place because of all the great reviews it has, but it was a completely disappointment. I got my nails done on Tuesday May 15, 2018. By Wednesday morning gel peeled of my nail as you can see on the picture. Also when I was getting my service done I asked the lady if she can file my nails instead of cutting them, but not too short because I have been growing them out and finally they have grown nice and healthy. I had to tell her like 3 times because she didn't understood what I was telling her to the point I got really frustrated with her and I told her to stop filing my nails, but its was too late because they were already too short. And to top it off when I was getting my pedicure and hands at the same time they never adjusted my chair so I was so uncomfortable and they kept telling me to not move and I kept saying I was on comfortable if there was anyway they could adjust the chair. And once against she did understood what I had told her so after few attempts I was finally able to recline and push my chair back, but at this point they already had finished. My friend and I made an appointment in the morning for the both of us to get a mani/pedi in the afternoon. We even specified that one of the manis was for dip powder and that were were taking a long lunch to get our nails done. Our requests were confirmed. When we got there 4 ladies were busy attending to other customers. Our presence was barely acknowledged with a slight head nod so we let them know that we had an appointment for mani/pedis. Again with the head nod. So we sat down and picked out our colors. After 15 min it was clear that none of the ladies were even close to being done. After 20 min one of the ladies finally went to my friend and told her to go sit at the table. I gently reminded her that we also schedule a pedis. Her response was that she would do her nails first then do her pedi after. Okaaaaayyy. And that potential 2 hour investment of our time was just for ONE of us. A quick look around the salon and I knew it would be another 30 min before anyone was ready to work with me. For those of you counting--that's an hour past our appointment time just to get started. What really solidified this generous 1 star rating was when I asked her how much longer, she snapped back that she only had 4 people working. I get it. Things happen. Appointments run over and staff gets short sometimes. But she had the nerve to tell us that she didn't know we wanted both mani/pedis. I reminded her that we did, indeed, make the appointment for such this morning. If she was overbooked or understaffed she shouldn't have confirmed with us and gotten our hopes up for some much-needed grooming. Unless they have zero concept of basic time management then it was pretty clear they they took walk-ins without regard to our appointment. Oh yeah. There was another woman who was also waiting for her appointment that was the same time as ours. We wasted our entire lunch NOT getting our nails done. We've had our nails done here before. They do a great job if you have 3-4 hours to burn. read more

3/30/18 4pm I came in with my girlfriend and we were greeted with smiles and warm greeting. There were maybe 1 person ahead of her and our wait time was less than 5minutes. In that 5 minutes of waiting i happened to drop my wallet from where we were sitting at and didnt notice at all. I got up to help my girlfriend pick a color for her nails when Destiny started calling out my name because she found my wallet on the floor. Me and a guest came in on a Thursday morning 30 minutes after opening we were the first guests of the day. To begin with it was super awkward because it there was dead silence and my guest was sitting at a mani chair while I was in the pedi chair. Anyways, we finally were near each other so we could chat and what not. I normally don't like to bother the ladies while their doing their thing with our nails. But I could not look away from what she was doing. I wanted almond shaped v shaped French tip. The v lines are messy, uneven and there are noticeable air bubbles on all my nails. The work was sloppy and rushed. Seeing that there were only two works and people started coming in. My guest wanted a fill and a heart design on her nail. Let me let you her nail we're horrendous! The paint job was horrible they were square shape but sharp corner edges and the hearts looked like a child did them. For my pedi I also noticed that they reuse their clippers and other tools. Every other nail salon I've been to open a fresh pack in front of me but not here she took it from her little box and put it back in and used the same ones on my guest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I was there a week ago, I have been going for 8 months now. I liked going because of their good quality and fair prices, however, I received the worst customer service. I was told it was a 10 to 15 min wait....yes they did put me in the the spa chair within 15 min, only to have me wait 15 min there, which the water in the pedi tub got got cold. The pedi was ok. Thr mani omg. I had gel mani and the girl put the foil on my fingers for 40 min. She started my mani, someone else came in and she stopped doing my mani. She did a sloppy horrible job, left my nails uneven, nailpolish all over my fingers. She was not going to clean the polish around my fingers until I pointed out where I had excess polish at. She spent 45 min applying polish only to have it all over my fingers and half my nails. The 2 ladies that worked on me were new and spoke Vietnamese the whole time i was there. Didn't try to get to know me. It's only been a week and a half and my mani is peeling off. It ussually lasts 2 and a half weeks. I was there a total of 2.5 hours. The longest for poor quality work. I will only get my nails done if the ladies that been there a while are there. Otherwise, i will not wait to get a horrible job done. read more

Please do not go to this salon, especially for a dip manicure. I came here a couple of weeks ago to get my nail fixed (crack). The manicurist used acrylic dip to fix it. That's fine BUT she just put my finger into the jar. That's so NOT sanitary and she didn't have me wash my hands or anything. I have read how that's a good way to spread any infections and some people have gotten bad infections from that. They are supposed to pour a little out just for you and not put any excess back.
