If you're coming here for the aesthetic, this is the spot for you. The food here was okay. The crab dip was delicious. We had a larger party that was booked way in advance, only to be told a few days before that our table was going to be split into three smaller ones. Our server did forget to bring the extra bread I wanted for my crab dip; I had to ask for it about three times. The birthday girl enjoyed her day here so thats all that mattered.

The decor and vibes feels like you've been transported straight to Havana. It's a great spot for atmosphere alone. They have a very unique and extensive cocktail menu, which was a highlight. For dinner, I had the Ropa Vieja, and while the flavor was good, it was a bit on the salty side. Just a heads up that parking is limited, so plan accordingly!

This place was a 10/10 for food, service, and ambience for me! It is on the pricier side but with good reason. I got the crab dip and calamari to start and it was super flavorful. For dinner i ordered the cuban sandwich and every bite was so incredibly delicious and full of flavor. I also ordered a frozen rose and it was so refreshing and the perfect pairing with the meal!!

Beautiful interior! Feel like I stepped into the real Havana. I was here for my friends birthday and we took a lots of photo. Food was pretty good and they also refrigerate your cake for the party if you asked beforehand. Food was decent, and a bit pricey but it's a good location to try out at least one. Server was pretty helpful.

Was able to check out Havana 151 during Sunday Brunch in celebrate my Besties' birthday! It was a beautiful day and we got a chance to sit outside during brunch which made the experience even better! The restaurant is dog friendly and even has a separate dog menu! The food was great and service very attentive!

Pleasant surprise on the great service, vibes and food! I saw a TikTok that brought me to the restaurant when looking for somewhere for a girls night out and they said that only their pizza was good and they had good drinks, but we honestly all loved every item we ordered. The Giant Meatball was YUM! My friend did order one of their pizzas and enjoyed it. I ordered the birria tacos and was very fulfilled. I would definitely come back to this spot for more occasions!

I had calamari appetizer, crab dip appetizers, side salad and street corn. All the food came out hot, and prepared well. The calamari had jalapeños mixed in the batter and was so good. The service was prompt, the waiters were good at explaining the menu. Matt was a great server. Super nice guy who was professional and knew the menu well even though he had just started. He checked in on us regularly and was great. The ambiance was the best and I do mean the best part of the restaurant...it was so pretty...great place to take pics and the ambiance made it a very welcoming place. Loved it all. Our waiter got our bills mixed up with another table but he quickly rectified the situation and apologized. I would def recommend this place for date nite or meet up with friends. The drinks were awesome too. They made some unique drinks with a Cuban flair.

Very nice ambiance at the restaurant, Food was ok....They had a restaurant week menu and I ordered the Mojo Hanger steak, the steak started bland and was not tender a bit dry. The corns were delicious, the fried yuca was ok. I also had the ceviche , it was delicious.

It was rich in flavor and not too strong. If you are really into Whisky King's Ransom needs to be on your list to visit. Unfortunately, we did not order food but the couple next to us ordered the pizza and fries and it looked delicious. The ambiance was great. Its a little upscale with dark lighting. The raised bar and lighting add to the unique experience. This bar is great for date night or just a night out with friends in Alexandria, Va. If you are in the area check it out...you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

It was comfortable and the patrons were all so kind and told us when our drinks were up. Love Del Rey neighborhood for the welcoming vibe as always!! Service: it was very busy but appreciated the bouncer outside that made sure it wasn't over capacity. We had a short wait outside then a longer line emerged. Inside, the bartenders were busy but it wasn't like a 20 mins wait or anything. Note that the kitchen closes at 10pm and they won't let anything slide in at 10pm... Food: no food but the drinks were on point! I would laminate the menus because it was pretty beaten up. I know it's a pop-up but with drinks and food - those paper menus get gross. Cool backstory huh? Anyhoo, met some friends for drinks here and it was fantastic. The People's Drug has been reimagined, with a general store, lunch counter style but a decidedly modern take on its offerings. Serving chef-driven gourmet sandwiches, locally-sourced bowls, and crafted cocktails, it's the perfect place for all manner of social indulgences. I spent $100 on drinks. I had a Negroni Incognito w/Italian Dill and a couple Old Fashioneds. We didn't order any food (although it looked good going by). Will definitely try some the next time. Limited street parking so I parked in the lot next door. Warning: the joint is kinda smallish with limited seating so beware depending on when you go! Good stuff.

My wife and I arrived around 1:20 p.m. on a Thursday. The lunch crowd was still going strong, which only reinforced that we had picked a popular spot. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. When we walked in, there was no hostess to be found. After waiting about four minutes, she finally appeared and offered us a choice between a small table in the corner or one by the bar. Given how busy the restaurant was, we took the table by the bar. About seven minutes later, someone finally came by to offer us water and explained that our server was busy, but she would help us in the meantime. No problem. We ordered the Avo Goddess Salad and asked that it be split so we could share it. A few minutes later, our server arrived, introduced herself, and we let her know we had already ordered the salad and were ready to place our lunch orders. She was very helpful in guiding my wife toward the Old Bay Shrimp Burger. I was excited to order the Shrimp and Grits until I learned it contained Andouille sausage and, according to our server, couldn't be prepared without it. Since the restaurant highlights that everything is made from scratch, that surprised me. I ended up ordering the Ahi Tuna Salad instead. So far, so good. Then came the frustration. We spent the next 20 minutes slowly picking at our salad, growing increasingly hungry and confused. You know something is wrong when guests who were seated after you begin receiving their meals before you. Finally, at 2:10 p.m., our food arrived: my Ahi Tuna Salad and a Pulled Lamb Sandwich for my wife. Except my wife had ordered the Shrimp Burger. When we pointed out the mistake to what was now our third server, she quickly assured us it would be corrected. A few minutes later, our original server returned and took full responsibility. She explained that the lamb and shrimp items are next to each other in the POS system and she accidentally selected the wrong item. She assured us the Shrimp Burger would be out in two minutes and suggested we enjoy the fries that came with the lamb sandwich while we waited. Unfortunately, another ten minutes passed before the burger finally arrived. Here's where things became truly disappointing: the top bun was still cold--almost frozen. My wife ended up removing it entirely and eating the sandwich with just the bottom bun. At best, the Shrimp Burger was decent, but certainly not worth the wait and frustration. As for my Ahi Tuna Salad, it felt like something I could easily make at home, especially considering the $25 price tag. I'm also not entirely convinced the tuna was particularly fresh. I can't bring myself to give Matt and Tony's one star because the atmosphere is genuinely cool and inviting. So I settled on two stars--mostly for how I felt before the experience unraveled. And listen, I get it. Mistakes happen. We're all human. But as someone who eats out frequently, here's one piece of advice: when a restaurant makes a significant mistake with a customer's order, consider taking that item off the bill. Sometimes that gesture is the only reason a guest decides to come back.
