We went for our first time to enjoy the band, West Texas. Get there early because parking was full, but Jorge had special at the door spots for a nice tip. That was well worth it. Later, he came in and gave us complementary popcorn and visited with us. All the employees were extremely friendly. We sat at the bar and I enjoyed terrific Paloma cocktails. We can't wait to return as the food was deliciously tasty. We enjoyed a quesadilla and wished we had ordered 2. The dance floor is big enough to hold many couples and enjoy line dancing. The seating area is comfortable with tables and booths. It would be a nice place to celebrate an event. And...there is a cigar bar area if that's on your agenda. read more

We were a party of 9, attentive waitress at first, took our order, our order took for ever to come out, it was taken out in parts, first 2 plates, then 3 more, by then half of the group was almost done eating, then we were missing 3 plates, brought out 2, missing a plate of flautas, I asked if the plate was ready, waitress said no, I canceled. We asked for water, waitress never brought it until aaked again, a plate said it came with 2 sides but the sides were charged extra, the music, the atmosphere was amazing, just the food needs more attention, the chicken in the one plate was hard, the burrito was sent back, this is a place I would go back for the music but I do not recommend the food. read more

Checked this place out cause was told there was cumbia music on Sundays but showed up to literally one person at the bar and no music.My friend and I had a couple of drinks but left. The young girl at the bar didn't really know much about the types of music on the different nights. We were never even offered a table much less a menu. Visit this place every Wednesday evening for drinks and the Cuban sandwich, which is a must try! Great and friendly customer service by staff and Amada the bartender. A plus, if you like Salsa and Cumbia music , they have a very good instructor that teaches free dancing lessons starting at 7 pm and has a great turn out! I personally feel that this is a hidden gem that not too many people are aware of. They also have a very nice cigar lounge. read more

In my humble opinion, this is the best Cigar lounge in the El Paso/Canutillo area. The lounge it self is segregated from the bar/dining room via a glass door. So, the music is not loud and overwhelming in there. The cigar lounge also has its own private bathroom. There is a small selection of cigars for sale. There are both leather chairs if you want to sink into and, some vintage chairs it you like to be more upright and have a conversation. read more

This place has so much potential...here comes the ugly "but", service is slow and inconsistent. Probably because they are understaffed. My wife and I decided to check it out, place looks awesome, big stage, big dance floor. We ordered something simple, super nachos. They took forever. So decided to go check what the hold up was. The plate was just sitting there at the bar, no one took the time to deliver it. The food was cold. In the flip side, the band was rocking, the atmosphere was cool. I would work on service, slow and just not there. Get more staff, put more good bands on stage, get the crowds in. Well give it another try. read more

Ambiance is 5 stars. Jack Welch on Sunday Brunch was great! Service is SLOW always. Food is hit or miss. Had to ask 3 times for chips and salsa. Twice for lemon for the water. Fajitas were very good but they did not come with sour cream or any salsa. Could be better experience. On 2 different occasions it took 20-30 minutes to be served a beer. We weren't informed until 15 minutes later that the beer we ordered was not available and we had to make another choice. Could be a super great place if it was managed better. While we were there a large group came in sat down and in a few minutes got up and left because they never had anyone take their order. 3 servers were chatting at the end of the bar. We like the place but really wish they would step up the service. Seems they may go belly up if they don't. Most people will not return. read more

Very nice environment. Very clean. Nice cigar lounge. But a Cuban restaurant it is not. It has a few Cuban items like twin peaks but that doesn't make them a Cuban restaurant. So why would you think it would make you one? This place is more like a Mexican fusion. Waitress did not know menu. Or even explain anything besides what the most popular dishes are, but she couldn't tell you what it looked like or even what was in it. Nothing more. Besides the empanadas (very good btw) everything came to table completely wrong. So ended leaving and not enjoying anything besides empanadas. Drove from far east side to try, Sorry will NOT be returning. Gave 3 out 5 cause building is nice, clean, Well kept And have live music. This past weekend we visited Havana Bar and Grill for girls night and loved it!!! Starting off with the service definitely a 10/10. Everyone from the owner to the servers were extremely nice! Servers constantly passing by to pick up trash, refill drinks and make sure we were doing good. They also have a cigar lounge and as soon as we entered we were greeted by a server (Mike D) who was awesome! Showed us the cigar room and explained the different cigars they had available. Also showed us the patio and turned on the fire pit so we could check it out! The food was also a 10/10! We had the beef nachos and the were so good! We also had the wings. We had originally asked for Lemon Pepper wings and a side of Mango Habanero but I think our server misunderstood and brought out plain wings and a side of Buffalo. I was honestly not mad at all because the wings we so good even if they were plain they had a very good taste to them and of course we just added the Buffalo! And lastly the environment was welcoming and entertaining! We went on Saturday and they had Priyankas illusions show and it was an amazing show! I would also give a 10/10! She imitated Selena, Karol G, Alejandra Guzman, and Jenni Rivera. So if you haven't been to Havana yet I recommend giving it a try! Especially for girls night or a date night! Yesterday was the second time we went there. First time was the cigar bar and cocktails. My Margarita tasted like salt water. Awful. That should have been a clue. Yesterday we went for a special occasion expecting oysters, steak and other things on the menu online. Wrong! Paper menu with sandwiches and Mexican food. I ordered the Cubano which was very tasty and reminiscent of hot muffulettas in New Orleans. My poor husband ordered the greasy undercooked shrimp with greasy undercooked onion rings that were doughy. The fried zucchini was doughy as well. The French fries were just a pile of under cooked ends of potatoes ad soggy. The worst meal I have had anywhere. This place will not be in business unless they do it MUCH better than this! On top of that, we paid about $100 for this CRAPPY dinner. I am disgusted. read more

The tacos are beyond exquisite. The are crunchy, yet still light and airy . I highly recommend the chicken tacos. They are an amazing price on Tuesdays . The atmosphere is fun and inviting. This restaurant bar was not what I was expecting when we walked in. The atmosphere was extremely inviting, the music was amazing and the food....well the food was delightful. The only downfall is that I don't have one near my home. However, as for now I do not mind driving from the Eastside to Canutillo for dinner and dancing, it's well worth the drive. Thank you finally listening and opening a place where my husband and I can have a nice evening of spirits, dinner and dancing. Well done!! read more
